Never staying in a Super 8 again!

First the bad: This hotel is worn out, filthy, moldy, musty, smelly, and nasty. We went to a Dollar General not too far away and bought 2 bottles of air fresheners to try to make it as tolerable as possible for our 3 night stay. It was still musty and moldy smelling. The shower faucet spun all the way around and we had trouble finding the off spot in both rooms. The ice machine did not work, and when asked the staff just looked at you, the breakfast was awful, the floors were nasty, the bathroom has not seen a scrubbing in a long while, and questionable brown spots were flung on the wall and ceiling by the bed. We had no choice as all hotels in the area were booked solid. There was suspicious activity going on behind the building as well. Wouldn’t go out there after dark!!

The good: the staff did accommodate our request and we were right across the hall from family, and it was close to our event.

The bed was nothing more then a sleeper sofa mattress. The room was very crowded with 2 banquet style chairs. The shower was great with lots of water pressure.

Had 4 crying children in next room. The breakfast was sausage and eggs that were cold.

I will not come back here for free.

Good for a 3 star hotel, hotel needs to be modernised to receive a better review in criticism, once inside is fairly dated and not high quality but is maintained though and always had someone on the desk.

The hotel was clean and the elevator was quick. Our room had a horrible moldy smell. There were 3 lamps and only 2 worked. So one side of the room was very dark. There were several floor tiles that were loose, one being in front of the toliet.
