The room was a little shoddy. The coffeemaker didn’t work/missing a part. It was reported but we didn’t get a replacement. The breakfast was adequate but the coffee served was the worst I’ve ever had. There was noise for 24 hrs.

Overall it wasn’t a bad stay, but in the first ten minutes in the room we had to kill about 5 bugs, which had us a little worried if there were more we didn’t see.

Good stay
The staff at check in was very friendly amd nice. The hotel is under renovations still but the renovated rooms are nice. They are trying to get things done. It was very quiet place and conveniently located to restaurants, store and the interstate.

By far one of the worst hotels I have stayed in in a while. And I mean that. First, this is not a 2.5 star hotel by any means. 2 is being generous. Second, the hotel was not full at all so there is no reason for there to be any dirty rooms. I was waiting at the front desk for about 10 minutes before anyone arrived to check me in. Once I get there I got checked into a room and inside looked like someone had just checked out and only thing they did was change the sheets. Literally stains on everything including the lamp shades. Disgusting room. Also the room had a moldy smell. I understand that sometimes that happens for whatever reason in hotels but this was way more pronounced than what I have normally smelled. I was given a room exchange and once I get inside this room it was only slightly better. Then, the pests decided to come and play. Based on the way I purchased the room, I was stuck. I made the most of it only to find myself getting bit by bed bugs later in the evening. I traveled here for work and will be back in the area but I refuse to stay at this place again. This deal was not worth it to me. Location is great and that was about all that was.

The inside of the hotel in the lobby is fine.
We had FIRST room 212 it smelled like urine.
The guy on may 4th was nice enough to give another room.
We opened the window and turn the air on to let the room air out.
Room 216 the couch was dirty, we used 2 sheets to sit on it. Breakfast was small. Nothing special.
Upgrade those couches and all i could think was.

I have traveled extensively over the last 40 years. This Quality Inn ties for the worst experience I have ever had. Avoid this hotel at all costs!! Pros - The staff was friendly but ineffective with no real power to help customers. And it is a good location. Cons - There are too many to list, but I will share some of them. I was asked to change rooms twice. The first time because the room was smoky in a non-smoking room (and hotel). The second time because the door could not be locked when you left the room. The put a customer in a room where the door could not be locked! I arrived at breakfast the first morning 45 minutes before it ended and was told there was no more meat (bacon or sausage) available. The room I ended up in (because I was not willing to move again) had a beer bottle under the chair and there was hair down in the sink. It was clear the room had not been cleaned well. There was furniture piled up in the stairwell and one of the outside doors had tape holding it together. There was no back cover on the remote, so the batteries would not stay in for us to use the remote. There was a water leak on the first floor with a bucket to catch the water. And so much more……I have pictures, so look for them on a site that lets you upload pictures with your review. I ask for some of my money back and they told me the manager said “no.” I stayed in the hotel, so that was that. I would not want anyone else to go through what we did in this hotel. It is not worth any cost.

I was told no rooms was available. Got to the room it was dirty stuffy and the remote didn’t work. The couch was raggedy and had holes in it. Got switched to another room which wasn’t the room type I paid for same problem and the second room had no smoke detector which was a fire hazard.

The first room was not clean. Bathroom toilet was not sanitized, floors not swept or mopped and garbage under the bed and behind nightstand and dresser, microwave and refrigerator dirty. Second changed room, bathroom not swept glob of hair behind the door, toilet not sanitized, roach crawling on the wall, microwave dirty.

The gentleman that checked me in was very polite. Unfortunately the room needed work ceiling had a a leak in the back left side. Looks like it had been leaking for a while. The shower needed a good cleaning. There was a bar of soap left in the shower from previous guest. The door into the room would not close properly. I had to push hard to close it. The smoke detector had been taken down and placed by the coffee machine.
