They had church service the meeting room right next to my room, and it started at 7:30 in the morning, and didn't end until 10:00am. I was woke and couldn't go to sleep because of the loud noises.. singing and preaching. I feel like I need an refund

Clean room, good bed, hotel was well-maintained, breakfast was good, ample free parking. This is not a luxury resort (I didn't even see a swimming pool), but it is a good place to stay at a reasonable price. Location is very convenient to I-85 and Eastern Bypass intersection, easy drive to restaurants, and Eastchase shopping center is only a short drive away also.

Room's carpet needed a good, deep cleaning. Breakfast area needed air condition or at least a fan to circulate some air. Breakfast very mediocre and limited-- some fruit, please. Clean grout in bathtub. Propriators were nice.. .afanBreakfast aretooo

The staff was very nice and accommodating however the dining area needs some pest control. I saw a roach as I was getting breakfast one day.

Air conditioner didn’t work well. Never cooled off the room. Toilet seat was not attached properly and it was loose on the floor. Pool was filled with concrete.

The complementary continental breakfast closed at 9 AM on a Saturday morning. The regular times were marked out with a new times handwritten. It’s pretty clear that it’s not a casual traveler or family friendly arrangement
