The carpet in the hallways needed sweeping. My room smelled like cigarette smoke. The bathroom door whwas damaged. The staff was very nice.

The door had a inch gap at the end, the heater had a bad tick you couldn't fall back asleep in the hot tub was out of order which my son was pissed off about

Hot tub was broken, pool was cloudy and the chlorine was very strong. We went through 6 door keys because they kept deactivating everytime we left the room. The WiFi didn’t hardly work at all. The water pressure kept going out and the water wasn’t very hot in the shower, the beds are extremely hard, there was a cockroach in the lobby but thankfully not in the room. The rooms were clean though and staff was nice. I don’t think we will stay again

Room was clean. Tried to warm the room up a bit and the heater made the room smell terrible. Staff was very nice. Breakfast wasn’t good.

The room was only marginally clean and the general condition of the room and other areas was not well maintained and needed repairs/updating.

Only negative was Bathroom toilet wasn’t clean under the seat. Everything else in the room was great. Turned off the AC, just had the fan running to make white noise. Slept really well, it was 66 degrees in the room this morning. Temp outside this morning was 29 and blustery. Breakfast had alot of options, we ate high protein, low carb. Used the treadmill this morning to get my workout. Staff was very kind; especially the check in lady. Will stay here again.

Friendly & personable service from staff. Clean room with good pillows & a great feeling bed. Morning breakfast had a nice variety of item. I had biscuits & gravy with a waffle. My husband had bacon & eggs. Location directly by I65. 10 minutes from Western Kentucky University. Will definitely stay here again.
这家酒店地理位置绝佳，非常适合我们全家春假期间去猛犸洞、迷失河洞和国家康维特博物馆游玩。周围餐馆很多，上下高速也很方便。包含早餐是一个加分项。我男朋友喜欢这里的饼干和肉汁，孩子们则爱吃华夫饼。泳池和热水浴缸深受大家的喜爱，我们住的三个晚上都去玩了。房间大小一般，没什么特别的，有些地方可以稍微翻新一下，比如浴室门后可以加几个挂钩，或者马桶上方可以装个架子用来挂毛巾，不过作为睡觉和洗澡的地方也够用了。有一点我想提的是，酒店前面的停车场不是很大，我们进出的时候大部分车位都已经被占了，所以我们不得不把车停在侧面倾斜的山坡停车场，进出很不方便。尽管如此，我们下次还是会选择住这里，因为就价格而言，它已经是我们找到的性价比最高的了。
我们最后一天入住的前一天，电梯坏了，无法使用，上下四楼非常困难。不过，当我们需要卸大件行李时，一位正在清洁楼梯的年轻人帮了我们大忙。
