Smoke detector beeped through the night. Night clerk gave us a new battery (she could not leave the desk). The battery did not fix the problem so the beeping continued all night.

The staff was nice.
Unfortunately while on the elevator, it squeaked. I just looked up at the certificate and was highly alarmed. Deficiencies last year and a certificate 11 months expired is concerning.
Additionally when I showered in 310 there was no caulking around the top tile. You could see space right into the drywall where it’s likely growing mold.

We were in town for a car event, the hotel was clean and comfortable. Very close to many great dining choices. Hotel has a good hot breakfast.

The property is aging and not receiving the upkeep it needs. My room had indications of something had happened with the adjoining room door showing signs of someone trying ro kick their way in and there was a lot of prior damage around the room door locks.

Staff was excellent. Rooms clean…beds comfortable and nice bathroom. The hotel itself needed some upgrading…

Disappointed that the hot tub was broken although we were told it was going to be fixed that day. Also the same thing was served for breakfast all weekend

The Staff is friendly and accommodating. The location is surrounded by many options to dine and shop. The room is clean and quiet.

这家酒店地理位置绝佳，非常适合我们全家春假期间去猛犸洞、迷失河洞和国家康维特博物馆游玩。周围餐馆很多，上下高速也很方便。包含早餐是一个加分项。我男朋友喜欢这里的饼干和肉汁，孩子们则爱吃华夫饼。泳池和热水浴缸深受大家的喜爱，我们住的三个晚上都去玩了。房间大小一般，没什么特别的，有些地方可以稍微翻新一下，比如浴室门后可以加几个挂钩，或者马桶上方可以装个架子用来挂毛巾，不过作为睡觉和洗澡的地方也够用了。有一点我想提的是，酒店前面的停车场不是很大，我们进出的时候大部分车位都已经被占了，所以我们不得不把车停在侧面倾斜的山坡停车场，进出很不方便。尽管如此，我们下次还是会选择住这里，因为就价格而言，它已经是我们找到的性价比最高的了。
我们最后一天入住的前一天，电梯坏了，无法使用，上下四楼非常困难。不过，当我们需要卸大件行李时，一位正在清洁楼梯的年轻人帮了我们大忙。
