The room door (room 207)was temperamental and nearly impossible to open at times. Fix it or include instructions on where to push/how to open it. Angela at the front desk was great. The room was clean and well prepped. Some protein at the 'continental breakfast' bar is needed. Most all tubs at all hotels/motels need to be replaced with showers even though it is costly. Great TV but the program guides were not populated, so no way to know what is on a channel without tuning to that channel. Good value stay.

Spark was well located with IHOP and a Chinese buffet across the street. The receptionist was one of the nicest I have ever encountered. She texted me to see if the room was to our liking. It was quiet, even though we were next to the elevator. Bed was comfy. Shower had good hot water. Decent place to stay, and a great value.

Terrible management. They let some trashy bikers be super loud around the breakfast and lobby area starting at around 6am, did nothing about it, and let these biker douchebags continue the party to the parking lot right against the guests windows.
The red headed kid at the front desk was too offended that I was angry about this to do anything about it.

The front door was inaccessible, requiring two separate trips downstairs. A gentleman then proceeded upstairs and exerted substantial force to open the door. Moreover, the bathroom was not maintained in a clean state, with noticeable rust on the toilet and shower pole.

The elevator was temporarily out of service and the staff went above and beyond and carried me and all of my luggage to my room on the third floor. Which was no easy feat as i am morbidly obese.

Horrible customer service and disgusting rooms.
The room was absolutely disgusting! We were booked to stay in the room for the 12th through the 14th, however The room was so disgusting. We left on the 13th. The bathtub was filling up with water and not draining. The bathtub had stains in it and residue. There were bugs and spiders when we initially arrived. We had to get our own cleaner to clean up the hotel before even putting our stuff down in the room. We have requested a refund and that the room be taken off of our credit cards. We had two rooms booked at this Location and we would like to be reimbursed for both rooms. The front office staff was clueless about how to handle this situation and stated that it was up to the manager and that the manager would arrive however, the manager never came. This was a horrible experience. We actually do not want to give them any stars.

Amazingly clean and remodeled hotel.
The hotel was amazingly clean. Constant cleaning floors, counters in breakfast area. Everyone there was very respectful, except for one individual, Catie, on Sunday night. She was rude, and disrespectful. I spoke to the manager Monday about the incident. She was to busy on a phone conversation with her girlfriend and was abruptly rude. It tarnished a very nice weekend.
