干净、便宜、干净……真的干净!
这家酒店设施简陋,有一些正常的磨损痕迹,但它的干净程度简直让我无法忘怀!!!我从来没有住过如此干净的同档次酒店。事实上,我住过几家四五星级酒店,都没有这家干净!100% 推荐!
不会再住这里了。
抵达后,前台服务员穿着短裤和T恤“迎接”了我们。他意识到我们要入住后,迅速穿上了制服衬衫。
入住时,我们被告知酒店已超额预订。我们被从双人大床房换成了“套房”,套房里有一张特大床和一张折叠沙发床(不太适合一家四口)。由于当时天色已晚,没有其他选择,我们只好接受了。之后,我们被告知电梯坏了,所以我们得提着行李爬三层楼梯,而且还得去洗衣房取折叠床上的被褥。服务员给了我们一堆要洗的衣服,我们便上楼了。
早餐还不错。有些菜品是用加热的盘子盛的,但这意味着鸡蛋和香肠泡在水里(我猜是冷凝水)。看起来不太好吃。
结束一天的活动回来后,我们走进大厅,看到同一位服务员正和另一位工作人员聊天,桌子后面播放着说唱音乐。他们坐在大厅里。我不喜欢把那些关于“**”的音乐放得太大声,以至于我的孩子走过时都能听到。在我看来,这非常不专业。
客房服务人员清空了垃圾,但没有更换垃圾袋。
总的来说,我们很失望。
无论如何都别住这家酒店
我丈夫是截肢者,所以我预订了一间无障碍客房。抵达后,我被告知电梯坏了,无障碍客房在二楼(真的吗?)。我们根本没法把行李搬上两层楼梯。最后,酒店安排我们住在一楼。进房间时,房间里弥漫着一股难闻的气味,看起来也不干净,浴缸里有霉菌,而且我们房间的门锁不上。离开房间时,我仔细检查了一遍门,才发现这些。我们根本没法住在这家酒店。前台工作人员非常友善。我为这家酒店总公司没能提供一个让员工感到自豪的工作场所而感到难过。这家酒店应该彻底消毒翻新。鉴于这家酒店的糟糕状况,我再也不会预订其他Sleep Inn了。一劳永逸!
住宿体验很棒
酒店位置很好,靠近餐厅和高速公路。空军基地。
我唯一的抱怨是我们的房间靠近洗衣房。一楼厢房的气味和温度都不太好,而且我们的空调发出可怕的嘎嘎声,我敢肯定把我们所有的邻居都吵醒了。
一夜好眠
房间非常干净,一点灰尘都没有,就连角落里的灯顶上也没有。(我们只是因为注意到一切都很干净才去看的)。床和枕头都很舒服。工作人员都非常友好。没有任何抱怨。
客服很不友好,好像我们预订第二天就因为无法控制的疾病取消了行程,他们拒绝取消预订,还拒绝退还128美元的预订款。非常不专业
总的来说,住宿体验一般。我给三星算是比较慷慨的了。淋浴间的墙与墙的交接处长满了黑色的霉菌。不像润肤露和护发素,洗发水没有补充。
电梯坏了。室内门坏了。房子周围有很多人在抽**,还有人试图无钥匙跟着我们进门。晚上墙壁摇晃,还发出像地震一样的奇怪声音。
除了一位员工外,其他员工都非常友善热情。安保非常好,但我对该地区的情况不太了解。酒店不太干净,电梯也坏了。
