Staff at the desk when we checked in was horrible, did not seem like she wanted to be there. The rest of our stay the staff was nice & friendly.

Night reception was lacking — when she did come out, she didn’t greet with a nice “hello” or other welcome and just asked if we were checking in. She was definitely more process-driven than customer-caring. The 4 I gave is because the morning staff made up for it — super friendly and helpful.

It s a safe and okay place to stay
reasonable pricing even at teh high deman times - the breakfast is pretty weak but the wifi is HORRIBLE. If you are planning to use good internet connection, run to another location. Other than that just to sleep at a safe place this one is ok.
