Night reception was lacking — when she did come out, she didn’t greet with a nice “hello” or other welcome and just asked if we were checking in. She was definitely more process-driven than customer-caring. The 4 I gave is because the morning staff made up for it — super friendly and helpful.

It s a safe and okay place to stay
reasonable pricing even at teh high deman times - the breakfast is pretty weak but the wifi is HORRIBLE. If you are planning to use good internet connection, run to another location. Other than that just to sleep at a safe place this one is ok.

The mattress was extremely firm. Like sleeping on concrete. The water in the shower took a long time to get hot. Then wouldnt cool down with adjustments. It was either scalding or ice. The tub would not drain.

The indoor pool was absolutely terrible. No filtration and large balls of human hair floatng everywhere in this pool.

Could use some updating and cleaning
We stayed here one night while on a road trip. I decided on this hotel based on price, hours of the pool and reviews. Check in was quick and easy. When we got to the room my kids decided they were all tired. Room was spacious and a nice layout although you could tell furniture was a little beat up. One of my kids was going to sleep on the pull out sofa but there was no way i would let them sleep on that. It looked like it had not been cleaned, mattress was in horrendous condition. We ended up sleeping 3 sideways in the queen bed. The beds in the bedroom were comfortable and sheets were soft. Cleaning in the room could have been more thorough. Had breakfast in the morning and it was good. Waffles werent cooking correctly. We thought the batter may be too thin. I used the gym in the morning and it was enough to get a quick workout in. Kids saw the pool and were happy they didnt swim as the water was murky. Hotel has a lot of potential but could use some updating in the rooms.

Quality of hotel was not worth what we paid
Pool water was cloudy. No sausage or bacon on breakfast buffet. We were locked out of room when the security bar malfunctioned. The grab bar in shower didn’t allow the water to be turned all the way to hot. The toilet ran. And, we only had three wash cloths.
