酒店还不错，但管理方面就有点欠妥了。
一开始说包含早餐，结果厨房是关着的，就只给了个小包装的餐点。然后卫生间里写着，如果需要牙膏或剃须套装，请联系办公室。
前台员工也缺乏培训，连自己酒店的规定都不清楚。
环境不错，免费停车
一开始我订了两间房，一间大床房和两间大床房。他们给了我两间大床房，因为他们的大床房已经订满了（我们一家四口住一间大床房）。后来，我们带着行李和孩子准备离开时，电梯坏了。我们不得不把所有行李和两个孩子都搬下楼。到了楼下，我们的钥匙却打不开门，我们被困住了！我们所有的钥匙都提前几个小时失效了。最后，客房服务听到了我们的喊叫，才让我们出去。
我们得到的只是一句抱歉，他们什么解释都没有。幸运的是，这不是紧急情况。如果是火灾或地震，后果可就糟了。
我们再也不会住这里了。
我预订了一间四人间（一张特大床和一张沙发床），结果只给了两人的枕头。我打电话给前台要额外的枕头和毯子，他们说会送上来。结果没人来，我们不得不离开。晚上11点左右回来后，我打电话给前台，被告知枕头已经用完了。我下楼去拿我那条超薄的毯子，问他们为什么我预订了一间四人间，却只给了两人的枕头？他们说很抱歉，房间已经满了。现在收拾行李去别处预订已经太晚了。

车库停车位可能有点紧张，但如果想把车停在车库里，车库外面也有停车位。唯一的建议是，如果把车停在车库里，最好能有更好的指示牌，标明大堂的位置（车库内或车库外）以及大堂在哪一层。
