We had to move rooms twice. The first was only a single bed (we reserved a double), the A/C in the second room was not working. The third room was a single with a fold out so it sufficed.. at least the A/C was working better.

The property definitely needed some updating. The air conditioner in our room was loud and rattling even when it was technically off. The carpet was peeling up in the room. The back door near the stairs did not seem to close properly and someone left it propped open with a rock so anyone could have come into the property. The bed was comfortable and the lobby and breakfast were nice. Not sure I would stay there again as the price seemed high for the condition of the property.

Non existent customer service
Front desk staff not friendly at all. Didn't even ask for my ID when I checked in. Elevator was broken, not even a "sorry for the inconvenience" when we were on the 3rd floor. During the night, the AC leaked everywhere and the child that was sleeping on a pad on the floor woke up in a puddle of water. Again, not even a half sincere "sorry for the inconvenience". Overall just pathetic in the customer service department. We stayed in the same hotel in the fall of 2024 and it was much better.

A good stay in a nice little town
The front desk staff was very kind. The bed was very comfortable and the room clean, although a bit shabby in the bathroom. I like that we had full control over the a/c unit but it did take quite awhile to cool down. And, although not the fault of the staff, the alarm clock in the empty room next door went off at 6am and was on full volume and went off for 15 minutes. The cleaning staff was in our hallway by 8am and was quite loud.

parking can be difficult. it was under construction in the lobby and other areas, so I'm sure the conditions will be much better next time.

Overall the property wasn’t terrible just needs to be better maintained such as fixtures needing to be secured to the wall and not loosely hanging. The AC in our room struggled to cool the room efficiently. The crowd that hung out in the parking lot til the early morning hours should also be addressed to make patrons feel more secured. The positives are in all it was a nice hotel, the staff were super friendly and helpful! And the hotel was very clean.

The tub faucet dripped all night, could hear even with door shut.. room was by elevator, noisy all night. TV remote worked inconsistently. Not a very good experience and extremely overpriced just because graduation weekend.

On-line Check-in is the way to go!!
Checked in on-line and arrived at 10:30 p.m. Received our room keys and were tucked in within 20 minutes!!! This has never happened before.
