had reservations for 2 rooms, clerk only showed 1 room. had to show her my receipt . 1 queen bed and a pull out sofa as we r a family of 6. 1 room did not have anything where the sofa bed should have been. the one that did have the sofa was was stained and filthy! the hotel is run down, smells, someone vomited right outside the front door. not even close to worth the money i spent on these rooms!! never ever again! very disappointing

We were greeted at check-in with a sign that said helping another guest be back soon. It was not soon. The room is tired and dated. There are no washcloths or hand towels in the bathroom. There are no Kleenex in the bathroom. You have to ask for shampoo at the desk. I would have but I was taking a shower at 11 pm and the front desk is gated and locked. Thankful we didn't do a late check in.The TV remote doesn't work.

Most Extended stays have an equipped kitchen with everything you need. This place didn’t even have a coffeemaker in the room. Will never book there again

Make sure you didn't have travel delays...
We never got a chance to stay at the hotel as they would not let us check in since we got stuck with delayed flights and then a wreck on the highway which put us arriving at 4:00 a.m. instead of 7:00 p.m. which was our original arrival time. Even though the bill was already prepaid we were told that after 1:00 a.m. we couldn't check in and we had to wait till the next day. I will say that at least the other extended stay that was down in Warwick had a lady that was super helpful and nice and tried to work with us but they just didn't have the rooms available for us.
