We did not spend much time there. The front desk staff was very pleasant and helpful. We thought the property was old and tired on the inside.

I've stayed at this location a few times and the place did not seem as clean on this last trip in August 2025. It needs a thorough cleaning and maintenance update. It's becoming run down.

CAN'T BEAT THE PRICE!
CHECK IN WAS GREAT- AMAYA (I THINK) WAS VERY NICE- WE NEEDED MORE TOWELS. THE ROOM WAS PLENTY BIG- BREAKFAST WAS OK, BEDS WERE A LITTLE UNCOMFORTABLE, BUT OVERALL, IT IS IN A GREAT AREA CLOSE TO EVERYTHING. WILL STAY HERE AGAIN!

The pool was inoperable due to electricity issues . The ice machines and all juice machines were always out of order . The staff was very nice but the hotel could use some updates . Feels very dated

The curtins were falling down, bathroom was dirty, cracked tub, the back of the door was black, bugs in the room, smelled. The ac wouldn’t stay on so the room got hot.

I didn’t like the property at all, booked a 4 night stay in this hotel and there was no pillows for my kids, the pool was closed which my kids was looking forward too being that it was in the 90’s out there. My wife also got bit by a bed bug please stay away from this hotel . This hotel is very nasty and dirty and this is unacceptable

My overall experience was incredible like it is every time I stay at Comfort Suites near Camp Lejeune. The only issue I had this time around was the people around me. The doors to the rooms are heavy so if you let them go they will slam, and the people across the hall from me and the people next door to me were constantly letting the doors slam. Around eight am there was nonstop door slamming and the people above me on the third floor were making a lot of noise as well. I understand that this is a hotel and there will be noise but it was nonstop from eight am until 11:45 pm. I've never had this problem before on any of my other stays here so it was just a bit of an annoyance after the first few hours. Other than those around me the rest of my stay was top-tier as always.
