Front desk staff was very friendly. The hallway outside of my room needed vacuuming. Room was adequate and served its purpose.

Room was clean. Definitely a bit dated but had all you would need for a couple of days. I was a little surprised to find the doors locked at 11pm and no way in without staff opening door. I’m sure it a safety procedure.

Room was clean. Didn’t know why we were assigned a handicap accessible room. Toilet was so short not upgraded to chair height. Otherwise all ok for the price.

I like the staff . They provide us each day with clean towels and took our trash without asking them to . They also cleaned our bathroom daily. I was well satisfied with the workers. They were very polite to us . I will use this place again.

The first room we had smelled like mold in the bathroom. They gave us another room on the second floor. We unpacked everything and the next morning the air conditioner was not working and the rug on the floor was soaked with water from the air conditioner. Went down to the front desk to let them know and they asked if we would like another room. We had to pack everything back into our bags and ended up on the third floor. This was two days wasted because of water damage and air conditioning issues. I asked if they can give us a discount and they said since we went through ******* there isn’t any thing they can do. I called ******* and they said they would email me in 24-72 hours.

The only bad thing was that at the front desk they were unable to change our room for one adapted for the handicapped. They said that third-party apps don’t allow anything to be changed.

However, after checking our staff notes, it appears that you needed two beds in your room as well as a room adapted for handicap accessibility. Unfortunately, the only handicap rooms on our property have a single king-sized bed in them. Also, we unfortunately run into restrictions when it comes to third party reservations. However, I am glad to hear that you enjoyed the other aspects of your stay and we hope for a chance in the future to host you better!

Did not appreciate being so close to the elevator and did NOT like being right next to the mechanical room it caused extra noise in the room and the exorcist green color on some of the walls in my room were NOT very appealing at all. Plus property looked better on the website than in person
