The parking area was not marked clearly the room had crickets coming under the door. The room had a old bad smell. The exhaust fan in the restroom did not have a cover on it. The hotel was itself was in need of remodeling. It reminded me of a drug hotel.

The outside of the property is trashy. There’s no good parking. Windows was open bugs from outside was inside the property. Inside the room the window would not lock. You could not use the room telephone there was no dial tone. The bedroom night light would not work. The bathroom had wires hanging out. The television channels was TRASH! I reported everything to front desk by calling from my personal cell phone & staff blew me off. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Everyone to find another place to stay, this is DEFINITELY NOT the place to stay……I NEVER plan to come back to this AWFUL place!…….

The front desk woman was very sloppy, unprofessional, ans rude. I spent money on rooms at this motel ans want a full refund to this debit card asap **************** visa exp 08-27 and cvv 814. I HAD TO GET THE POLICE INVOLVED WITH THIS SLOPPY FRONT DESK WOMAN. SHE THAN LIED AND SAID SHE CALLED THE COPS ON ME. JUST A SLUM DUMP PLACE. THE CLEANILNESS WAS OK, BUT THAT SLOPPY RUDE GOSSIPING WOMAN AT THE FRONT DESK WAS A JOKE. SHE RUINS YOUR MOTELS IMAGE AND BRINGS BUSINESS DOWN! I WANT A REFUND FOR EVERY DAY IVE EVER STAYED THERE.

Had no hot water because they were doing laundry. Had roaches in our room. Asked for refund but were told we'd have to leave if they refunded money. Offered to change rooms. Tile falling off the wall, carpet taped down, mattress had a huge broken dow dip in it....hotel was absolute trash...never again Super8

This room was said to have a handicap shower. The hand rails were not in shower,the rail next to the toilet was loose and wobbly,the shower chair was not in the shower and when I tried to put it in, I found it didn't fit. There was no battery in the fire alarm. And the bed had a sunken spot. I will never stay at a Super 8 again!

Horrible trash stay away
Smells just like cigarette smoke there is no smoke detectors. The beds feel like cardboard and the pillows feel like air. This has to be the worst hotel in Sherman, Texas.

Filthy all around. Room, bed, restroom and wall were nasty.
They did not honor my ******* reservation and payment, so I was double charged. Neither Super 8 or ******* has been willing to help resolve the issue. I had to finally dispute the double charge through my CC for resolution.
只能说还行吧。浴室墙壁和门上可以再干净点。房间有点霉味，不过打开通风就好了。装修挺新颖独特的。我不太喜欢地毯，总觉得不够干净。退房时间一到，就有人敲门催我走。考虑到我入住得很晚，这种做法感觉很不友好。当时我正在收拾最后一点东西准备出门，他就敲门了。我还没完全离开，他就一直在衣柜旁边徘徊。要是推迟半小时到一个小时，那还可以理解。这感觉真不太好。我知道这不是顶楼豪华套房，但这并不能成为服务不周或不礼貌的借口。
