Dirty rooms, only 2 towels per room. I rented 3 rooms for 12 people and they only provide 2 for each room. The bathrooms need better cleaning and room furniture are outdated and ripped out.
beware这家酒店简直是个垃圾堆，跟照片上完全不一样，员工也同样糟糕。我预订了两晚，结果实在太差了，只住了一晚就走了。不知道另一晚的钱会不会退给我，但能离开那里真的值了。这里简直是贫民窟，脏得要命。脏到我不得不去商店买清洁用品，才勉强能住一晚。
1. 发现一只蟑螂。
2. 卫生间和主房间的地板都很脏。
3. 制冰机坏了。
4. 没有杯子可以喝水。
5. 拿起电话听筒时，听筒里掉出碎屑。
6. 电视开关需要插拔插头才能控制。
7. 床头灯一直闪烁，无法保持常亮。
退房时跟服务员提了这些问题……她没什么实质性回应，只说会跟客房部反映！
非常失望，太糟糕了！！！！！！！
