Really nice hotel. Not too far from downtown and it has free parking. The rooms were really nice and even had a kitchen in them.

Front desk was awesome. Easy to chat and had a laugh. Room was standard but had a spot to cook and clean up. Close to highway for us and was important to find a place that accepted pets and we could drive up to.

Overall I really enjoyed my stay. I engaged with four different staff members, each of them were professional and courteous. The room itself was clean and very accessible for me as someone who needs to be on the first floor. Had an issue with a smoke detector battery that was on its way out that disrupted my sleep but the staff tried really hard to make it right. I also appreciated how close proximity it was to where I needed to go for work and then travel home. I will stay there again in the future.

The room was clean although a bit shabby in places. It had no odor which is always a pleasant surprise. They are non-smoking rooms but smoking is allowed outside but I never smelled it at all. I had a kitchenette that was a little short of equipment. There were only two of each cutlery, and no paper towels, or can opener. A cutting board would have been nice. The microwave was a good size and the stove vented to the outdoors. The tub, toilet, and vanity were new. The room was spacious. The beds were very comfortable and had lots of pillows of varying loft. There was no phone, but not a big deal for me. It would have been nice if the table lamps had outlets on them as it was difficult to find outlets near the beds to plug in a phone charger. Even though this lodging is situated on busy roads, it was very quiet inside the room.

Easy check in. Clean, large rooms. Comfortable bed. It’s nothing fancy but it’s the perfect little motel and the locations proximity to Portsmouth and Kittery is fabulous. We wanted to be close to Lovebirds Doughnuts in Kittery(BEST DOUGHNUTS EVER) and we love Portsmouth.
