Tried to reach out to the property and got no response but there was cigarette butts IN the pool. The smell of **** in the hallways was overwhelming. Not sure how that’s allowed but apparently it is.

I like coffee first thing in the morning. Went down about six in the morning,no coffee or cups. Had to use little coffee maker in the room. I know that sounds crazy, but those little pots never taste that great. Other then that, very comfortable room.

Nothing in vending machine, musty smell, ghats in room when I opened the door. Holes in the wall with toilet paper used to plug them, torn cloth on wingback chairs, $50 for each guest to use the pool , showed up to the “hot breakfast “ at 6:00 am, no orange juice. My stay was for 3 nights and 4 days and a housekeeper didn’t visit my room once. My sheets weren’t changed and no clean towels. I also took out my own trash

It was not a bad stay at all. The staff were very kind and helpful. I appreciate their willingness to make our experience great.

Ok hotel
It wasnt horrible. Basic hotel, fair breakfast, good location. Pool was ok. Mattress was comfortable. Older hotel and it shows, but for the cost...was an ok deal

Comfortable but lacking
Our beds had multiple hairs on them when we arrived. It was posted that bedding and towels were swapped every 3 days to conserve energy, we stayed 5 nights, and room service never came into our room. We took out our own trash, had to catch a room service person in the hall, or go to the front desk for coffee for the in room coffee maker. The pool was very small. Children ran up and down the halls all hours of the day and night. Floor in our room was dirty, and had ants. Bedding was comfortable and ac worked well. Breakfast was alright, there was biscuits, gravy, link sausage, scrambled eggs, and muffins.

Staff was very nice and accommodating But I’ve never paid when checked in before only when checked out
Our carpet of room was stained all over yucky, coffee pot was dirty inside.
Pool area needed care windows open screens torn , no coffee or hot water at breakfast when asked was told hot water hadn’t worked for a bit. Hot Food was all gone by 820

Pictures were very misleading. Pulled down the comforter and there was what I hope was chocolate all over it. Was given a hard time about getting a clean blanket to sleep with. Got charged $15 for a stain on a washcloth that was used to clean out their refrigerator. Would not recommend and will not be back!

Never again
It was very dingy. The room had noisy beds with stained linens. The toilet barely worked and the shower drain was clogged, so you are standing in 2-3 inches of water while showering. Workers were not friendly and the whole place was hot and humid, like they didnt belive in air conditioning. The only plus was we were close to the Rose Music Center.
