I have used roadway many times and have never had an issue but this last time was awful. It was not a snow free room and it smelled so bad and triggered my allergies. One of the things I was pleased with, and I rate all my status by this, were the towels. This time they were awful! Thin and dingy! Really rethinking not starting there again.

Evening front desk worker was rude and unprofessional. Acted like me arriving was an inconvenience to him. Laundry facilities down despite listing them on *******. Black mold in the shower. No attention to cleanliness. Cigarette burns on sheets. No potable water. Gave me a room that was difficult to get to from parking lot despite not being full whatsoever. Not within walking distance to anything. Landscapers right outside of door with blowers and mowers for a solid hour. Key stopped working. I will never stay at this place again and legitimately hope it closes.

The accomodations were very clean and the staff were friendly and professional. The hotel is in a very convenient location. I certainly plan on staying again.

Terrible do not stay here. The carpet is nasty. There is no lightbulbs in the lamp. The phone cord does not connect to the phone. The remote does not work on the tv.

Bad experience!
Room was dirty! Ring around toilet. Forgot to clean bathroom counter next to sink. Room smelled horrible. They sprayed something to try and get the smoke smell out,...never works! I gave the front desk a whole list of things wrong with room, but don't know if they even acknoledged it because there was noone at the front desk. I waited, and finally just left the key on the counter and left! Bad experience!

Needs improvement
Let me start off by saying that the staff here is very nice and friendly. However, now at check in, the management forces the staff to admonish the guest about the installation of new locks, and a ten dollar fee for lost key cards and fees for not returning the key to the front desk at check out instead of leaving it in the room. If keycards are forcing them to threaten penalties I can only imagine what would happen if they got the stains off of the carpet, fixed the torn furniture or addressed the leaky sinks and tubs.. This hotel is in need of basic care and necessary repairs. The condition of this hotel does not give the management the opportunity to be tacking on extra fees.

Pros ..Ac is great. Water pressure is also great.
Cons ....old tv need to upgrade them to smart tvs. Cleaner restrooms bathroom walls are filthy with build same for the tub . Have free hot breakfast. Cleaner carpets.
