The barhroom door didnt slide to close. Rest of the room was good. Beautiful hotel, modern rooms are smaller but efficient

When I arrived it was a stinky foul odor as if trash had not been emptied it was a horrible smell, it was a fee for breakfast and I had to remind them to clean my room, the only thing I found to my convenience was the shutter bud I really loved Michelle the driver very sweet person so if I stay there again it’ll be for the shutter bus!

The rooms were clean however they were not noise proof. You can hear everything from the neighbor next door and outside. I couldnt sleep at all. I woke up to door being slammed repeatedly throughout the night. Wouldnt not return

The staff were really nice about switching rooms after realizing there was an odd mildew sorry of smell. Then in the 2nd room, the smell was slightly better but the toilet sprayed water from the back every hour. Not to mention, there was an Asian Lady Beetle on the bed.
When I told the front desk at about 7:30pm and was asked to come back at 9am to discuss my complaint.

The property and staff were amazingly nice . But the lantern bugs were such a problem for me . The hotel front is covered in them . But overall I did enjoy my stay at the Aloft.

The bed was very comfortable..The phone wad dead, could not call front desk. Neither room had trash bags to dispose of disposable underwear and other sanitary materials.

The property met my needs. KC, the check-in receptionist was friendly and worked quickly to get the room assigned and keys delivered. KC was an absolute joy!
Shantel at the bar was also great. Her service was top tier as were her drinks!

Had great options for breakfast and snacks. Michelle the driver for the shuttle was wonderful and provided information about service available with shuttle.
