The staff needs to be more knowledgeable , my card kept getting random charges that the staff could not explain. Whenever I asked the front desk they had no clue why. Some of us in our party never got our rooms cleaned afterward a 5 day stay. I got charged for items I never used. Then they didn't know how to enter the credit, when she did the credit it was still less than the original charge. I'm not going to keep going back and forth over the $1.56 difference but they need to get their processes together. Overall the location was nice, hotel was clean the staff just needs more training.

Sleep was interrupted every morning by what sounded like jack hammering directly above me. Could not watch TV or join conference calls in the room as a result. Would advise against staying here until construction has been completed

There are replacing the tilel floor up above me and from 7 AM on on Sunday morning.All I heard was then beaten on tile i'm sorry, buddy.If you're doing renovations , you either do not put no one in a room below where they're replacing the tile floor and you definitely shouldn't be doing it on a sunday morning

Room was just ok. Gets the job done. Not a wow factor. Also the fridge is too small to fit anything in it. There is no ice machine on the floors. Front desk has to bag you up some in the back.

Housekeeping did not clean the room my boyfriend and I had to change our bedding no trash bags in the trash cans floor was dirty. No real breakfast options just dry cereal lol could be better

The room was clean and the workout facilities were ok. The parking was insufficient for the facility (not enough space).

The barhroom door didnt slide to close. Rest of the room was good. Beautiful hotel, modern rooms are smaller but efficient

When I arrived it was a stinky foul odor as if trash had not been emptied it was a horrible smell, it was a fee for breakfast and I had to remind them to clean my room, the only thing I found to my convenience was the shutter bud I really loved Michelle the driver very sweet person so if I stay there again it’ll be for the shutter bus!
