Pictures of rooms need to be updated on website. Rooms are not as pretty as pictures show. Pictures are also deceiving. It shows plates, cups, coffee maker and dish strainer but these are not in the rooms. Website states iron and iron board, also not provided. There is only a fitted sheet and a regular sheet on the bed. The pillows are very used and not comfortable.

Stayed 1 night, buy 12 o'clock checkout came around and I was gonna pay for another night and they told me no I couldn't because it was 5 min past check out time and we needed to leave. I was waiting on a ride to pick me up so they told me I had to get all my belongings out and for me and my baby to wait in the hallway. Very rude and pushy

Cheap hotel. Was clean. Wife liked the bed. Very sparse. A couple of bugs (but this is Texas). TV was not working but got it set up by fixing HDMI. If you need a very cheap hotel this may be the place for you.

Kitchen was a microwave, toaster and fridge. Room smelled of "****" even though it was a "non-smoking room. Roach (bug kind) in tub on arrival. TV was on when I arrived. Could not turn off, had to unplug. During night, room got cold. I turned the heater on and it produced the foulest odor (smelled like burnt stale urine) fill the room. Set the smoke alarm off that was hanging by the wires.

If traveling through San Angelo in the future and needing overnight accomodations I will avoid this property. I arrived about 8:30 pm, the lady who was running the desk was apologetic, but had difficulty. After getting into the room I discovered a very dismal enviroment: curtains falling out of their mountings, lights that would not work, trim items (base board, door frames, etc) missing or falling apart, holes/burns in the bedspread, dirty floor, large collection of dust bunnies in various locations, dead bugs in the corners and other harder to reach locations. and at least 4 or 5 varieties of live bugs eagerly crawling around the bathroom, sinks, and areas where food had likely been handled. Forftunately none looked like bedbugs and none were around the bed; no evidence of bedbugs in the bedding or mattress. There were so many live bugs in bathroom I didn't even use the shower, killed four miniature roach-like bugs when I had to sit on the toilet. I will not stay here again.
