the check in took forever, there were 6 people waiting to check in and one person working. some of their rooms weren't ready by the 3 oclock check in. the receptionist said the hotel was full so wouldn't you think they would have another receptionist working or at least someone that could be called the was working to come up and help out with the process.

Arrived and was given a room with one bed, needs a room with 2 beds (booked and paid for a room with 2 queen beds). No other rooms were available. Manager could not coordinate a discount while I was there said would try to work it out with *******. Left it up in the air so paid full price, and had to sleep on couch.
Outside firepit and patio was run down and not in operation.
Loud, crowded breakfast space. Overall hotel was loud, front desk was friendly but not able to assist with rebooking or discount.
Had to request additional bedding for couch 3+ times before it was delivered.
Would not stay again nor recommend, best suited for families with young kids who want to swim, and do not care about quality of hotel.

This property is a bit tired overall. Hallway carpets are very worn. Staff was fine as was the breakfast but it is not a place that I will return to

Friendly, helpful staff. Place is somewhat run-down, but that doesn't bother me because the place is $20 to $40 cheaper than other hotels in the area. Place was extremely clean, that's more important to me than more modern furnishings. Bathroom -had to hold the toilet flush handle down for complete flushes and the shower bath/shower faucet wouldn't completely shut off, it kept dribbling. It didn't bother me, I couldn't hear it in the room, but I hate to see them paying for the water being wasted. They have a very nice indoor swimming pool, I regret not bringing swimming trunks. The attached restaurant had really good food, I ate dinner there twice. I would definitely stay there again.

Pool space was nice and big. Also nice to have an attached restaurant. Breakfast had plenty of options. Overall hotel seemed a little rundown.

Wouldn’t recommend. Overpriced and they barely have anyone at the front desk. The room I was in didn’t have WiFi so I had to switch rooms. The new room didn’t have a cord to close the curtains with. The door to access the mini fridge was rigged. 3/10

It was very quiet but probably because it was a Wednesday and outside of a holiday. The Green Mill restaurant is next door!

The staff person who checked us in was incredibly nice!
The room, although outdated, was clean, had everything we needed. Housekeeping need was attended to promptly. Would stay here again.

We had 4 adults staying in the room. The hotel rep would only provide 3 room keys.
