Bathroom has some kind red juice sprayed all over side wall and ceiling. Neighbors were obnoxiously loud. Walls must be thin. Beds were not overly comfy and the pillows were half sized and super smooshy. Overall an ok ✅ place but def not a repeat location for us.

The men in the front were rude, throwing attitudes when asked questions. Kids screaming and yelling in the hallways. People running in the hallways. Staff wont do anything about it. Not a peaceful place to stay. You won’t get a good rest.

We've stayed at Country Inn and Woodbury every year since 2009. It was great for many years until it became part of Choice Hotels. It is now subpar. The Green Mill also has declined in food quality and service.

Our last stay, Nov. 14-17, was horrible. The front desk workers, especially the evening and early morning staff were unhelpful, incompetent, tired and unhappy. Our room had multiple problems, including a squeaky bathroom door and only one trash can. We requested fixing, was promised fixing and nothing happened. We asked for more towels. Nothing until the last day when a worker appeared to give us six towels and many, many shampoos.

Finally, every night we returned from our day trips, the room key didn't work. The first time, the front desk lady never apologized and reactivated the old card. I tried it and it didnt work. I had to go back and as for a brand new card. The second night the same thing happened. She gave us a new card and it worked. Luckily we left the next morning.

There were other problems with Country Inn. We will never stay there again.

Customer service was lacking from the two women I talk too at the front desk and none of the other staff wasn’t friendly either, no greeting or smiles, almost like they were forced to work their, room was fine Pool’s ok, hotel advocates calling the front desk for any services needed. Called them for pillows. They told my pregnant wife that she had to come get them herself. Most of the security doors were left open.

Room was spotless and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The offered a nice selection for the continental breakfast.They also have an indoor pool, a restaurant and coffeehouse within walking distance.

My husband and I were in the Twin Cities area, for a funeral. We stayed 2 nights and overall enjoyed our stay. The bed was nice; however, the pillows were not very comfortable (probably because used to my own but yeah). The breakfast was decent too. I would stay at Comfort Inn & Suite again! :)

The toilet seat was broken, the tub had mold, there was a bag for the hair dryer, but no dryer, the refrigerator didn’t cool down even when changing the temp, it wasn’t a typical suite similar to other Comfort Inn and Suites, it was just a hotel room with 2 beds, the printer was broken so we didn't get a receipt and they said they would email but never did, and they only give room service after 3 days.
