Tried to check in and staff said it was no rooms available. Someone came in right after and checked in with no problem. Room had a weird smell to it and towels was dirty. Didn’t feel clean during my stay. Countertop in bathroom had stains and toilet wasn’t clean.

I got to the hotel, stayed for 2 hours and left and did not end up staying the night. Hotel had a smokers smell and I couldn’t take the smell. Took the hotel reservation as a lost.

The elevator, halls and carpet floors were all dirty. Neighbors were loud at 2:00 am. I didn't sleeping until 3:00 am because of the noise.Banging on the wall. The room had a musty smell. Smelled like ammonia.

Convenient and staff understands if an item is not as expected. The beds were quite small for double beds so my wife and I were cramped trying to sleep on one double bed, so we did not sleep well at all. Our daughter was sleeping in the other double bed. The bath seemed okay clean but not very shiny. But the price is good and adequate for persons that work in town during the week.

Outside door card reader locks did not work. The bed mattress had a huge indentation in it on one side
