The room was well cleaned and smelled amazing! The staff was very friendly and the breakfast was tasty! The only down side was that there was only one elevator and it was very slow!

Was treated horribly by night desk staff. I was sitting in the dining area quietly where i was aggressively questioned. Completely unprofessional.

Great stay. Staff were wonderful. Close to everything. Beds weren’t as comfortable as I had hoped for but I prefer a really soft mattress.

Everything was excellent. Hotel was clean and no issues. Pool/ hot tub area was very nice. Plus that is open 24hrs. Has became our new go to when coming to Pigeon Forge.

The first room they gave us smelled musty and like dogs, was horrible. The second room smelled better but the bed was way too high, could barely get into it. The hallways are too dimly lit. You can not sit in the hottub with the jets on because it splashes in your face, something is wrong with it. It seems like the hotel is in desperate need of repairs or updating.

Always enjoy staying here, the location is perfect to get around easily walking. There is a Kroger also within walking distance for any unexpected needs. The staff here is super friendly and the breakfast is always great! I would choose La Quinta over all their competitors every time!
