The tile in the bathroom was dirty and had some black mold. The bed was hard. Breakfast was crazy slllooowwww but cheap. The bed was hard but overall it was a fine stay. Front desk staff was excellent

Check in was friendly but not fast. Only one clerk and he was swamped and had to answer calls while trying to check us in and a line behind us. Rooms were clean, staff was friendly, food was so so. Beds were too hard, pillows too soft

The bed was comfortable and staff was friendly when we approached them. But besides that it wasn’t that great. The floors were wet when we walked in the room, the bathtub needed maintenance. We asked for the room to be cleaned & when we returned 8+ hours later nothing had been done. I had to clean my own room, obtain fresh towels on my own and was told to leave the trash in the hall after I cleaned it. Only 1 coffee up in our suite. It just wasn’t the best experience.

We've stayed at this hotel a few times now and it's always a great experience. The staff is super friendly and everything on the property is nice and clean.
房间里的空调坏了，欧陆式早餐要额外付费，特色套餐则要额外付费。ihop 更便宜，而且说实话味道更好。感觉不像其他地方那么受欢迎。
他们成了云攻击更新的受害者。客人没有房间钥匙。多次被锁在房间和酒店门外。
