The bed was super comfortable, and the staff was friendly and helpful. The water pressure in the shower was nice, and the bathroom was clean. The only two things that I found uncomfortable were how harsh the lights were, and how hard the pillows were. I ended up buying pillow from Target, though, so that was simple enough of a fix!

Changed to another hotel. As a female traveling alone, I was put on the first floor and couldn’t move to another room. It smelled so bad and I didn’t feel safe so I left and booked another hotel. I tried to ask for a refund but was denied.
