Man at the front desk was very unwelcoming. He did not greet me, so I asked him how he was doing. No answer. He told me to stand behind the safety glass before talking to him. He asked how he could help, I gave him my ID and reservation info. He did not say a word for several minutes while working on the computer. He the informed me of $150, $100, and $50 fines to expect for violating various rules. He then gave me my room key. I thanked him, he did not thank me. There are plenty of other choices I can make when staying at hotels. Super 8 will no longer be one of them.

Hotel was rundown and they require a $50 deposit in cash upon arrival. Not a credit card, in cash. Then they refuse to give me my money back because they said one of the hand towels was dirty? The hand towel was stained when I got there. But they wanted to keep my deposit and claim I made the hand towel dirty. Do not stay here. Any hotel that makes you pay any cash for the rooms on site can be trusted. No breakfast in the lobby. Just a fruit bar. Coffee was horrible and room temperature. The room was extremely old and dated and musty.

I was given a smokers room did that ask for it? I asked for a handicap accessibility did not get one and the fact that there were no elevators to move my luggage and I’m Handicap did not like that.

Did not stay! This property is absolutely horrible and had none of the amenities it says it has. Hotel will not refund me even though I did not stay!! Will never stay at another Super 8 and I will be letting everyone I can how horrible this company and location is!!

Ok for the price

First time at super 8. Price was cheap. Room a bit tired and musty. Check in ok.location near Walmart handy.If carpet was replaced and rooms painted would make a big difference.
