One night stay for 2 people was excellent. Nice size room. Bed was comfortable with lots of pillows, room was quiet, towels were fluffy, and temperature was easy to adjust in the room. Shower was hot. Breakfast had decent variety. Refrigerator was a bit loud and was leaking, but was still ok. Nice dark room was good for sleeping. Lots of plugs for charging. Wish I had my own hair dryer though because not much air blowing from one they provide. Would stay again if I was in the area.

Front desk person was super pleasant. Everything was clean. We overall enjoyed our stay. The only issue we had is the indoor pool isn't heated. We made the mistake of getting into the freezing pool before realizing this. No big deal, but i would recommend either heating it, or closing it during the off season.

The property is tired and needs some TLC.

Front desk staff was so friendly though! Check in with Brian was an absolute pleasure.

Housekeeping was okay but I found an item in plain sight from a previous guest.

The sitting room furniture was sketchy - it was so old and in extremely poor condition.

First room air unit was on the floor, called and given second room. Both night stands were dirty and sticky from last guest. I was impressed when staff brought second key to us. And maid came quickly to clean night stands.

Only thing a plus was bed was very comfortable

Worst Service

My weekend was for Friday-Monday. I called on Friday because I knew I was going to check in late due to traveling 6 hours, so I wanted to know if there were any additional deposits or what was the latest you can check in. I spoke with a younger man who said that there are no deposits/preauthorizations, the latest check in is 4am, but they can charge my card for a portion of the balance due and I would just pay the remaining at the hotel. I was like that's fine. They charged my card and I was under the impression that I would just pay the remaining balance at check in. No. I was charged the price of the full stay and the portion they took out. I understand if there were any additional deposits but when you tell a customer that they only have to pay the remaining....they should honor that. I ended up paying over $200 more for my room. They even provided me with receipts where I pointed out how the math on the receipts didn't even make sense. I tried to get help at the front desk several times and was met with "The manager isn't here and will be here tomorrow"...then every day we checked if they were in...of course he wasn't and nobody could provide us with a number to call or an email or anything. Extremely disappointed in my stay here. Will not be coming again and I don't recommend you do either. They don't care about your stay. They only care about your money.
