Problems at check-in with credit card reader...additional charge made to credit card on day of check-out apparently because of the issues at check-in...this additional charge is to be credited back to our credit card...still waiting to see that on our account.

Terrible! Majority of property was dirty and broken. Asked front desk to repair leaking shower, broken microwave, and refrigerator. Stayed at property for 6 days and nothing was repaired during my stay. Also, most of the equipment in the gym was in-operable. Would never stay there again!

Window dressings were not attached correctly, so that bright lights came in from parking lot all night. Very nonconducive to sleep.

Need to focus on cleaning!
The cleanliness of this hotel was really bad. Not one to usually complain but be warned. The smell coming into the lobby was not pleasant. The lighting is deem but I think it is to hide the fact that the floors and walls etc are not very clean. The first room we were given, as soon as you came in the smell was overwhelming. There was red stains which I can only conclude was throw up all over the carpet given the smell. The walls were dirty like someone had thrown things on them without cleaning up. The bathroom floor was so sticky I can’t imagine it was even cleaned. The sheets were stained and so were the curtains. You could tell someone partied a little too hard and no one cleaned it up. No way someone cleaned that room. I can’t tell you how disgusting it was. The second room was much better but it was right off the elevator and you could hear everyone coming up. I would not recommend staying here.

Stayed for one night for my cousin’s wedding. The room was spacious and comfortable overall. Enjoyed the complimentary breakfast.

I have stayed here for the past 3 years when i visit my son in Charlotte and have never had an issue until this visit. There was horrible wi-fi service and it was beyond frustrating. My boyfriend was trying to do work and he couldn't and I couldnt access certain sites i needed. we were told 2 different things when we asked at the front desk what was going on. I paid a lot for the 3 night stay and was very frustrated!

Wknd Getaway
It was a decent enough stay overall. When I first arrived, no one was at the front desk for a long period of time to check us in around 10pm. A line started to form around the desk. I said "hello" loudly to get staff's attention and Brian came from down the hall with an attitude saying to stop yelling at him. That he heard whoever it was the first time, there was no need to continue. We all looked confused because I only said it once. After an exchange of blames, Brian realized that he never put his sign up saying that he would be back in a moment. We apologized to each other and understood each other's frustrations. The next day at the snack shop/store, the female working the desk had a nasty attitude towards myself and my friend as if we were bothering her because we stood at the window instead of walking around to the front desk. We just did not know and asking her got ignored. Other than that, the room was clean but freezing. The thermostat only moved 1 degree every so often. The pool was nice.

Staff was super friendly and welcoming. My children are little and tired from flying and the staff welcomed them with snacks and extra towels and blankets which was nice

Just a few notes off the top of my head. The floor in the bathroom was sticky, the room had a musty smell which you could only smell when you turned off the a/c. The beds were super soft, which I'm not a fan of because it causes me back pain. The breakfast buffet was good with a few options for everyone. The staff at the front desk (Brian) was very personable and helpful. The main let down was that the pool was closed which was one of the main reasons I booked this hotel.
