No microwave, vending machine doesn’t work. Lamp liaising there were little true bugs coming from window one got on my bed. It’s just not the experience I thought I was going to get for 96 bucks

The bathtub & shower curtain had dirty hand prints on it. All the mirrors had fingerprints/smudges on them.

Overall I would not stay here again. Price was good but I was told they will not be room service due to shortage of staff (We stayed for 2 nights) I understand it was a holiday weekend (Thanksgiving) but management should prepare accordingly.
Both of the waffles machines need maintenance; they both to cook very well.

Room was mostly clean, had an issue with the pull out bed but staff were quick to get us clean sheets for it. Was fine enough for one night. We did enjoy being able to use the indoor pool for a couple hours after dinner so that kids could get some energy out. The breakfast area was clean and well stocked, food was pretty standard and tasted fine. Staff members were friendly. Would probably stay here again.

Staff were nice. Entrance had a weird smell and room was very dusty. Overall nice size rooms just wish they were cleaner.

Undisclosed checkin fees. Very bad stain on matress cover and asked for a new room. Bathroom shower curtain was not long enough to block the water. Why? Not sure why this hotel is rated as good as it is.

Very quiet and clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. We really liked having 2 TVs and a sitting area.
