My room was not clean. There was hair all in the beds and shower. When I called the office for clean sheets they told me they only had clean towels and that housekeeping locked up the sheets so they don’t have any for times like this when housekeeping clearly didn’t keep house in that room. Also when I checked out I forgot a pair of my son’s shoes, as soon as I realized it (about 30-40 minutes after checkout) I called and asked if someone could check the room. I was told to wait til 10 when housekeeping comes in and they’ll check for me. 10 was 3 hours ago…..

There were hairs in the sheets and in the shower . I only stayed one night. They gave me 10 minutes originally to change my reservations to another hotel . But all local hotels were filled. I bought a set of sheets for the bed and Lysol. Then they charged my credit card an additional night. Would never recommend this hotel. Lots of transients and migrant workers live here

They should double check the rooms first
The hotel is old but clean, the only bad part during my experience was that I booked a non smoking room but it smelled like smoke and ****. I understand some people don't respect the property but at least they should have checked and do something to get rid of the smell. I couldn't sleep that night at all but they were booked so I had to wait until the next day to get a different room

The staff were not nice, the front guy (very young), was rude and no collaborative at all. The Genral Manager was a little bit better, my key didn't worked on the room assigned at the lobby, so he re-assigned another room on the same 3rd floor. The room was clean, but the wall was full of dust, so the AC was too. The towell hanger are almost to fall, no hair dryer, no iron, the tub has holes, and the shower was so low (I'm 6'1") that was at the same level of my chest. The elevator area smells like someone pee on a corner, and there's nothing walking distance, so get ready to grab your car to do anything. Also, early afternoons there's people drinking beer ouside the rooms. So my recommendation is that it's not a family hotel.

他们给我安排的第一个房间很脏，床单上有经血痕迹，枕头发黄，地板上还有人的头发。我换了一间新房间，虽然不太好，但还能忍受。旅行第三天，我回到新房间，房卡却坏了。我去办公室换了一张新的，然后回到房间，发现我的物品不见了。他们帮我办理了退房手续，但我第二天才离开。管理人员把我的物品从房间里拿走了，但我带来的牙刷和肥皂却扔掉了。而且，我离开时他们没有给我开收据。
简单来说……还行。
我没想到这房间能达到五星级标准。房间位置不错，而且靠近我要去的地方，吃饭和逛街都很方便。
不过，有些床单上还留着头发，有些毛巾有点脏，而且马桶冲不了水。
除了这几个小问题，其他都还不错！
