凉亭很漂亮。如果是多人聚会，有很多公共空间。礼宾部从来没来过；即使我们被告知他会来，他也一直不在。特意回酒店想买“The Island”的免费门票……结果没来。第一天早餐时，果汁机坏了。前台人员的服务意识不如我预期，也不像我习惯的那样。泳池在我们看来都不“对劲”。淋浴间很干净，但因为有锈迹，看起来很脏。房间需要重新装修。床不舒服。床底下有个奇怪的框架，晃来晃去的。空调没开，所以我们到的时候房间里特别热。行李车好像随时都会散架……滚动起来不太顺畅。早餐还不错。可能不会再住那里了，但我相信肯定还有更糟糕的地方。我觉得鸽子谷和加特林堡都挺破败的。

As soon as we checked in there was Gentleman in the lobby that was trying to offer free tickets. The catch time share. We told them we were booked for the week. Then they had the nerve to call our room and say they were the concierge. The front desk was aware of it, not concerned. We complained to the manager , and was told we wouldn’t be bothered the rest of our trip.

Didn’t try the breakfast there all week, only because the vacation people were there.

The room itself was clean, the tub had drywall compound stained in the tub.

The toilet ran all week. Maintenance came once and did nothing. The WiFi is horrible even after connecting to their network.

We had reservations for the whole week. We left a day early, staff could have been a little more accommodating.

The room was clean and adequate, but the whole way it was poorly lighted, and the carpet wasn’t clean. The staff was very helpful, even helping unload my luggage from the cart into the room. I didn’t eat breakfast, but the parking was fine.
