Rooms were very clean, good, hot breakfast. The staff was exceptional! The only complaint is that the WiFi/internet was sub-optimal. Lots of shopping and food nearby.

Decent hotel for the price, WiFi was terrible at best which made it hard to plan with spotty cell coverage, breakfast was decent.

We love staying at this location and have been for several yearly visits to Pigeon Forge. Very Reasonable pricing of rooms with over and beyond accomadations, very very clean hotel esp the guest rooms. So polite and friendly. Front desk staff is very inviting and helpful. We met Sammi when we first started coming and we have fell in love with her cheerful kindness and friendliness! Always like a family reunion when we meet!! The morning breakfast also served is set up so nice and very fulfilling to start your day! Loved the hostesses! So kind and friendly and helpful and even offered to help me with a tray for my food since I was using a cane. So sweet and helpful! Everything and everyone at Ramada Inn South is 100% I would recommend to anyone staying in Pigeon Forge. Restaurant's nearby, attractions and far enough out of the main ***** so traffic and crowd are not to bad1

I scheduled months ahead and ask about handicapped surroundings. Didnt need an accessible room only a shower seat. Called ahead to check in and checked on the shower seat. She said one would be but in my room. When we got there it was not available and they gave us a room at the end of a very long hall and the elevator was in the middle. Obviously there needs to be someone to pay attention to reservations and there needs to be something done about the checking in and checking out area.

凉亭很漂亮。如果是多人聚会，有很多公共空间。礼宾部从来没来过；即使我们被告知他会来，他也一直不在。特意回酒店想买“The Island”的免费门票……结果没来。第一天早餐时，果汁机坏了。前台人员的服务意识不如我预期，也不像我习惯的那样。泳池在我们看来都不“对劲”。淋浴间很干净，但因为有锈迹，看起来很脏。房间需要重新装修。床不舒服。床底下有个奇怪的框架，晃来晃去的。空调没开，所以我们到的时候房间里特别热。行李车好像随时都会散架……滚动起来不太顺畅。早餐还不错。可能不会再住那里了，但我相信肯定还有更糟糕的地方。我觉得鸽子谷和加特林堡都挺破败的。
