Room was average first night TV didn't work could not put me in another room offered a 15% refund I never seen overall a little noisy hallways busy at night

This hotel was clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and polite. The fitness center equipment does need repair so it can be used, however.

The room was comfortable, clean, and pleasant. Check in was smooth,quick, and easy. The breakfast was standard Continental hotel breakfast. Over all, pleasant stay.

Good clean room, friendly staff. My toiletries were refilled, but my bed was not made once during my three night stay!

The breakfast was OK. The hotel was really nice. The housekeeping was not good at all garbage not being removed and towels not being supplied out of a seven nights stay we had our room cleaned twice.

When arriving to check on charge was more than what reservation was for. Clerk told us to reach out to ******* and there was nothing they can do. Room wasn’t cleaned properly with dirty floors and Hair conditioner was out. The room was handicap and sink had no counter. Tub had several chips at tj bottom.

Overall this establishment was great. Our room was clean, however; the bathroom could use some updates/repairs. Toilet paper holder was broken and just stuck back into the vanity hole, patched spots on the ceiling from repairs and lighting was dim.

Room was very comfortable and clean. Breakfast was not a continental but limited items, no fruit. I would stay again if needed.

The ice machine was broken, the TV and alarm clock wasn't working, the toilet took forever to fill up, the bed squeaked and was too soft, the breakfast included sausage, eggs, English muffins, bread, danish, yogurt, and waffels. There wasn't any cream cheese or mustard, and the 2nd day, they were out of plates.
