This site offers a good value. The overall cleanliness was average. The area outside the hotel was pretty littered as was the adjacent properties. Never felt unsafe. The breakfast was pretty basic but totally adequate. The room itself was large and the bed comfortable. The bathroom was very nice.

It was very pleased with where I stayed. The only problem I had was trying to contact the hotel to let them know that I was going to be a late arrival. It took me almost an hour to not talk to a machine and to be able to get the number to the hotel site that I was staying at then the person that I talk to at the hotel in Monroeville, Pennsylvania was very kind and very polite, but it was difficult to get to that number and speak to a human being. I wasn’t happy with that it was the only sour spot in my stay.

I had a corner room king sized bed--it was shockingly large and I had to agree with the very high ratings that caused me to choose this hotel.

Our room had been recently remodeled/updated. The beds were comfortable and we slept well. The complimentary breakfast offerings were standard fare. Staff was friendly and helpful. The parking area needs work, but they are obviously working on the interior first.
We were here for 4 nights (art show) and would stay here again.

Comfortable and Updated
No chairs or benches outside. But, inside was pleasant and the room was big, bed extra comfy and the bathroom/shower was beautifully done! Clean new and UPDATED!! Loved it. Service was good.

This was one of the Best Hotels I stayed in! Very friendly, kind & helpful. Thank you for a great weekend we will be back.
这家酒店很旧（而且不是那种好旧）。维护和翻新都不太到位。前台工作人员很友好。我们一进房间就闻到一股浓重的难以辨认的气味。房间里潮湿，弥漫着化学气味。我们下楼到前台跟工作人员反映，他们的解决办法是递给我一瓶空气清新剂喷雾。我觉得他们真是太有钱了，竟然告诉我在房间里吸烟要罚款250美元！我们不吸烟，但我肯定比起房间里那股难闻的气味，我宁愿闻到烟味。

我唯一的建议是，需要有人坐在前台，而不是在前台旁边的小房间里。否则，陌生人可以进入酒店，去任何楼层。这似乎不安全。
安静且安全。房间和浴室宽敞干净。员工很棒。热情好客，非常有礼貌。早餐很棒。
