Room was clean but in need of an update. Very noisy. it is pet friendly so there is expectant noise there.
However. I found the adults were lounder than the pets.
You have to have a voucher to even get coffee.
Price of room was fair so you pay for what you get.

We have been staying here for years and this time was the worst experience. The staff told my husband upon checking in there was no first floor rooms but they had an elevator. Well elevator was out. Ice machine was out of order laundry was out of order heater in room didn’t show the degreaser had to guess if it was gonna be warm enough.

Our original room when we checked in wasn’t clean. Dirty sheets balled up on the bed. We stayed 3 nights and our room was never cleaned. Our trash was overflowing . My sister had to take her dirty towels to the office to exchange them. Not sure when they are supposed to clean rooms.

We had a safe stay at the Red Roof Inn. The room as clean, the bed was too hard for me, but otherwise, we didn’t have any issues with our room. We got our depositback within three hours

room was clean, the air conditioner/heater was noisy it had an extra rattle in it almost sounded like a diesel engine running we got the king room with the additional sitting room. the sitting room needs a rug or something in there because the echo when you are talking is horrible in the room. it gives that hollow effect but the room was nice for the one night and the staff was nice as well.

Room was clean, the breakfast vouchers for regans is amazing! The location is good, right on the *****, just a little hard to get into the parking lot from the other side of the road with the traffic but not really the hotwls fault. Got the deposit refund in just a few days.

Room was nice and big for all 4 of us. Shower head not the best as far as water pressure. The room could use more lighting along the wall that the tv is on. Overall, good value for the money. We were tucked in a corner which was great as there was less road noise. Staff was friendly and accomodating
