Parking was fine. Dirty parking lot. Trash all over lot. But I felt safe, Room was presentable at first glance. But from moment we walked in our room......the smell was horrible. I had to go buy some air freshener spray to help eliminate the order. And I used it quite a bit during our 2 day stay, The floor (carpet) was dirty and sticky, and had to wear socks or keep our shoes on. The employees were nice, and helpful. Air conditioning was great. Bathroom was dirty and toilet seat was not attached to toilet and it was wrong size for the actual toilet too. There were 2 spiders in bathtub, And shower curtain full of orange mold. Was disgusting. Bed was clean and comfortable. We could not figure out how to use the tv so we went without watching it. In the past I was satisfied here, but I wont be back. This was just to much filth! Desk area was all sticky, sink area was clean. Had to ask for towels an toilet paper. Good thing we got that! Only 1 light bulb in a 2 light bulb lamp. Lighting was dim now we know why. Was nice to have a frig and microwave, some of our family did not in their rooms. Overall was a bit pricey for the actual stay. Any other time I would say nice and affordable. Not this time, order was just more than I could stand. The paint job in that room was horrible too. Looked like it was just thrown on there. Very sloppy!

One room smelled and had flies. The other room the toilet didn't flush right, the tub did nit drain and there was a hole in the ceiling in the bathroom. The cover over the bathroom fan was misding and the fan was filthy. We reported all this and was told"what do you want me to do about it" we asked for another room and were switched. We had 2 booked 2 nughts and were glad when it was tme to leave. Never will stay there again!

I want to start by saying I am local to the area. The check in process was smooth. Once in the room I was a little stunned that the room didn’t look like the online picture and then there was blood on the sheets. Called down to the front desk to inquire about moving rooms and was told there were no rooms. There was no attempt at a resolution by the front desk attendant. I had to ask for replacement sheets and that seemed like a problem. But it was resolved nonetheless.
I know this is out of the hotel control but there were multiple police at the hotel for about 4 hours on Sunday. It would have been nice to just receive some sort of communication that there was not anything to be alarmed about

我们只在那里待了从晚上11点到早上7点。无论您是和家人、朋友还是同事一起来,这个地方都不适合任何人。门打不开也关不上,他们还给我演示了一些技巧来开关门,我可不应该学这个。被子和床单都很脏,上面有黑色和红色的污渍,还有头发。不得不更换它们。马桶阀门漏水,所以我们整晚都睡不着,一直听到冲水的声音。而且马桶连一点点卫生纸都冲不下去。早上他们不得不让我们用另一个房间的厕所。
我住了8个小时,其中2个小时都在解决问题,导致我们早上迟到了一个小时。Neha和Ravi,他们两个人都很好,但能做的也不多,我想他们不是老板。这个地方需要关闭或者进行一次大翻修。
酒店和我的住宿体验糟透了。不推荐给任何讲究体面的人。
