Awful place. Don't make the mistake we did. The person at the front desk couldn't figure out how to run my credit card. SHOULD HAVE LEFT THEN. We were sent to a filthy, unmade room with the soiled, dirty mattresses in full view. We did get another room that had an unclean vibe. The guy at the desk said there were three rooms rented that night. This trip was in April. The indoor pool had not been filled. We picked this place because it had an indoor pool. No breakfast of any kind, either. Disgusting place.

Do Not Stay Here!!! False Advertisement to get your money then put you in a filth pest ridden accommodation. You will never get your money back because this thief has a loophole to steal from you!!! I booked this room in March 2025 based on the positive reviews from this site. This was our first night on an 8-day trip to Salem MA. I had driven about 600 miles in a 9+hour day and when we arrived instead of a greeting at the desk I got "Don't expect the Taj Mahal..." from the Manager. He was eager to run my card and gave me 2 card keys that didn't work. Keep in mind we couldn't find the room because it was not even a numbered room. when he came up and let us in, he had to rekey the card. There were no lights and found the lamp was unplugged. plugged it in and OMG... it was gross. It smelled like pee between the beds, and the sheets were dirty and blood stained. We went back to speak to the desk attendant, and he said that there were no other rooms and he gave us a stack of sheets and followed up with the steam cleaner. I think he wanted us to clean the carpet for him. Well when we reached the room my niece pointed out all the bugs on the walls and ceiling. too many to count. this Scammer told us they were "Mountain Bugs." I don't care what they were we were not staying in that room. He said he would credit us and I had to drive another hour to find a hotel because of some car show. We ended up at an Econo Lodge in White Pines, TN. The room there was the Taj Majal compared to the disgusting trash at Vista Suites in Pigeon Forge.

First off checked in , checking girl was on couch under a blanket?? Got up no breakfast? Waffle makers covered in grease??? All ice machines were broke??no breakfast all4 days ? No room service ! I told K.T. Manager u was going to check out — begged me to stay after2 nights — then said he would give me””29 percent off”” then I said ok —- which he lied about did not get any discount??? Me and wife were the only hotel guest for Nov 10 ,11 ,and 12th ??? No way to run a hotel-/ will be contacting vista hotel corporate. Avoid this place like the black plaque

Nasty place and management was not willing to work with us on a refund. We lost over $400 when we left because of the room being dirty to the point of health concerns. They need to be shut down!!

When we checked in it smelt musty. But the first room they gave us the ceiling was falling down. So they gave us another room and it was nasty as well. Breakfast was 7am but wasn't ready until almost 8am. But we wouldn't have ate there anyway. The dining area was not clean. So we are elsewhere. The pool had a green tint to it and was dirty. The lady that checked us in was polite. The place needs to be condemned and reported to the health department. DO NOT STAY HERE! They should give us a refund.

If you want a cheap dirty room, look no further. It even comes with no hot water and free needle caps in your bed. I mean, maintenance did show up, he had to pull and twist the knob simultaneously to turn on the water. Not to mention if you are lucky enough, your toilet might not flush, or even overflow all over the floor. And of you need towels, good luck. You have to get them yourself. If you are as lucky as we were, they may even book you into a room that hasn't been serviced at all. We changed rooms 3 times and it was more of the same in every room. Highly DO NOT Recommend this crap hole of a hotel. Complaints are being filed with the BBB, on the parent company website, and the Pigeon Forge chamber of commerce.

I would run away from this place. The manager(owner) is very rude. Checked in at 5pm went to go eat came back to go to our room got cart that was homemade(welded) was afraid it would fall apart. Got in room. Smelled musty, had mold and mildew. Full size beds (2) and twin sofa couch for 6 people total. No way. Faucets on tub were ready to come off. Handicap rail in tub was so unsafe. Sofa bed had mold and mildew and he tried to tell us it was glue. When we went to complain he got very rude and said he would fix the problem. To gather our stuff and meet downstairs. We did jus5 to be thrown out at 12:15am. He cursed us really bad. My son is sick on oxygen and medical problems, myself have a lung disease, and the mawmaw is 76. It was 39 degrees outside and Thanksgiving week and trying to find another place to stay was horrible. Luckily we did.

I would never ever stay in this motel again.. Rooms smell musky,nasty carpets..Got up Friday morning went down to Breakfast the young man in the cafeteria was told not to make sausage or eggs this morning but we could eat all waffles we wanted. Waffle maker was nasty dirty never been cleaned..Hot tub was Luke warm.. Pool nasty dirty.. Don't stay in this nasty place you will regret it seriously..We checked out day early!!
