Rate shown on app is 1/3 less than what they are charging. Not a good way to do business and not good for your app. I could get twice the value for the same price.

This is the worst Super 8 I have ever seen. The room they first put us in had a no smoking sign on the door. When we opened the door we smelled smoke and there was an ashtray in the room. We asked to be moved. The second room did not smell like smoke, however the bedspread had burn holes. One the size of a quarter and others the size of pennies. The bathtub was dirty and a very old model, the sink had cracks in it. The carpet looked like it had never been shampooed. The lot was covered in cigarette butts and has never been swept. The pool cover was clear at the bottom with dirty water in it. It felt uncomfortable, and unsafe. Pay the extra ten dollars and go across the street. It's clean, it's safe and the pool is clean and has water in it ready for someone to take a swim. The pictures on the site are very outdated.

Good value for price. High touch surfaces seem to be clean and beds were comfortable, but rooms need a good deep cleaning (under beds, baseboards, walls, doors, tv screen, light fixtures). Sheets and towels need replacing (stained). Staff was super nice. If you just need a convenient place to overnight that won't bust your budget, it's a great option.

It was very nice and clean and comfortable The only complaint would be, no electrical outlets. There was only one in the room. This was an accessible room, breathing equipment and electronics need to be plugged in. If you remedy that situation would help.

Room given to us. Second floor not level we had the feeling like it was going to fall any moment. Dirty with bugs everywhere, smoke smell in a non smoking room, dirty bed sheets and towels. Sticky carpet. We asked to canceled they did but still charge full price of the stay.

The hotel is a wreck. The grounds are unkempt. The lobby is shabby, dirty and not clean. The stench of the room was so bad, I smelled it as soon as I opened the ramshackle door. The bed linens were filthy. The floor had not been swept or mopped in a while. The bathroom was in disrepair. It took more than 30 minutes to get the smell of that room out of my sinuses. I have lived in burned out houses and slept under my truck. We have traveled to third world nations all over and must say that this was the worst experience of our lives. The gentleman at the counter tried to give us a different room, but I refused, so he promptly refunded our money. Wyndham should take better care of where they advertise their brand.

Booked hotels using Agoda site. We had a terrible experience staying in Super 8 by Wyndham Mt Pleasant. Our room had bed bugs. My spouse and I had bites everywhere on our body. Spent thousand dollars to recover. The case is pending with Agoda and hotel and there is no refund yet. Stayed on June 21, 2024. No Agoda or this hotel anymore!!! If no refund we will file the court case.
