Staff was very friendly. Adequate cleanliness. Average breakfast bar. Air-conditioning in the room was noisy & didn't cool down enough. Plenty of pillows, but they were all too thick- I'd suggest having a variety of pillows (at least 2 types) to accommodate the needs of guests.

Check in was quick and simple. All the staff were very n8ce and helpful. The room was quiet and the dark curtains were very appreciated.

前台那位女士的服务态度真是太差劲了。我真不明白为什么会有这样的人在前台工作。给我们的房间也特别差劲和不舒服。真是太令人失望了，要知道我以前也住过这里。倒是有一位男员工人很好，但是那位女士的服务态度实在太糟糕了。
