The staff was friendly and prompt. The room was clean and inviting, although the bathroom door was missing the lock mechanism. We checked out early (130am) as there was incredible noise coming from the room above us--which I believe was a utility room. We finally gave up sleeping, checked out and drove home early.

Didn't look anything like the pictures. Our room was partially remodled with some new nice things and some rusty, broken, gross stuff. The hallway was full of broken metal things and the smell was not good. Walls are paper thin. Thr price fit the experience.

Property was decent, rooms clean, but management was horrible. I Booked a room by reservation on Friday July 26th . Went to check in said there was 1 room left of the 1st floor, it was handicapped wheel chair accesible room thats was being worked on but he still rented it to me and said Monday Id have to move out of that room because needed maintenance, I said No problem, 1st night No Problems, the next day , I went and let them know I cant switch rooms Monday, I work from 7:30am till 5:30pm and check out is at 11, so I cant get my stuff, he said they will move it, and thats the last thing I want is strangers handling all my personal belongings. At that time a room had came available but wasnt cleaned, he said I could move now if I wanted, but the rooms dirty, so I said id take it, and went back to get my things in order, and wait for a clean room. Went back to thd desk little over 30min later he said the room was just taken and Id have to wait for Monday for sure...
Mgr said "I told you to move your stuff"!, I said you never said right then and there and and it wasnt clean yet!....He said I told you, very rudely....So I asked what was I suppose to do, im not missing work, because you put me in a room that was being worked on, and knew Monday Id hav e too be out and didnt set one aside?
He then goes I dont have time for this, you dont like it, dont comeback, matter of fact I m putting you on the DNR List,, in the morning I want you gone,., this was Sunday and I had 2 days

Said was pet friendly but they wanted you to cage your dogs. We didn’t stay because of that.

It had cockroaches inside the room. Small ones. The door had a hole, so people could see it to the inside the outside environment felt unsafe.

There was urine on the wall. Asked for another room the man said there was none available. They cleaned it but by this time I was disgusted. Then a roach passes me in the hall. So I decided to check out and move to another hotel. If you do not care about the issues I mentioned and just want the cheapest in a decent location then this might work. Otherwise I don't recommend.
我提前两天预订了房间，并通过电话联系了总经理萨顿，提出了提前入住的特殊要求，他随后通过邮件给我回复了一封信，同意我提前入住。
当我早上8点提前到达时，前台接待员表现得好像完全不知道提前入住这回事，告诉我入住时间是下午2点。我解释说我是来这里周末工作的，需要洗澡和换衣服去执行11点开始的任务。他又一次强调入住时间是下午2点。
我出示了萨顿总经理的确认信。这时，这位接待员又找出了新的理由来反对我提前入住。他说我预订的是单人标准大床房，但他们现在没有这种房型了。
我要求他给萨顿总经理打电话，但他拒绝了，然后说他没有电话号码。这位办理提前入住的接待员简直就是一场噩梦。大家要小心这家汽车旅馆……即使有确认提前入住的信件，他们的客户服务也一塌糊涂。
