Loved that the room was taken care of everyday and that they always brought soap and everything when needed. Loved that the pool and hot tub were inside. All the vending machines were out of water. Disappointed in the bed. Wasn’t very comfy.

We have no control over there machines. As far as the beds the mattress are new and they are all firm. They do soften with use. If we would have know we could have moved you to an older room. We hope you will return on your next trip.

We have stayed twice and have had really good experiences both visits, most recent, the cleaning ladies made our beds and gave us fresh towels daily. Some people don’t like staff to enter during their stay, but it was nice not to have to ask for things we may have ran out of like trash bags, soap, toilet paper! We had 6 in our party, plus kids, having the pool open later than most places was also a huge plus! Would definitely stay again.

The room was not very clean, and overall the experience felt like you get what you pay for. Some guests’ children were left unattended at the pool and were behaving loudly and disrespectfully. Later, during breakfast, one of the parents was speaking very loudly in a way that disrupted other guests. The environment felt disorderly and uncomfortable.

Very clean room and excellent Staff. Only negative is Continental Breakfast room is way way too small. But the food was good and breakfast Staff very polite and great workers.

Was a great place to stay and great location. Breakfast was good and lots to choose from. Women at the front desk were very nice even offered to call when our room was available since we got there too early. Only one complaint was it says it’s a non smoking place but kind of smelt like smoke but not bad enough to cause any issues. I would stay here again.

服务非常棒，让人住得很愉快。步行就能到各种餐厅，一切都很近。清洁服务简直太赞了！！！唯一的小缺点是早餐区有点小，很难找到座位，而且大部分房间都还像图片里那样有些老旧，但我们还是很喜欢这家酒店。
