This was my 2nd time there & the service didn’t disappoint! They are amazing! The food was hot, ready, & they didn’t let it run out. Hot water!!! Just great place!

Room was ok. Water was in the bath tub when I arrived. I was only there 1 night so I left complaining alone.

The housekeeping crew opened our door two times . We were booked for 2 nights and the next morning at 9:30 they just opened the door. 2 different housekeeperd.I have never stayed in a hotel that did that. When you booked for whole weekend you usually have to call and let them know to come clean the room that you will be stepping out. The next morning of check out they did same thing but didn't come in but knocked on the to or at 9 am waking up my husband and check out was not until 11???

For my business trip property is conveniently located and close proximity to my business stops. Little dated but still a good value for the price point.

This property was way overpriced for what was offered.. The hotel was not in good condition and the area surrounding the hotel is very sketchy.. For what I paid it should have been a better place for the price.. it was not a good experience at all…

我们去什里夫波特探亲时住在这里。感觉有点失望。酒店很旧，需要大量翻新。地毯很旧，墙壁有破损，早餐椅脏兮兮的，还有污渍等等。不过，床超级舒服，早餐也不错。我建议住在靠近木板路的地方，因为那边的环境也比较简陋。

我们去得克萨斯州纳科多奇斯参加孙女的舞蹈表演，时间很晚，所以我们直到晚上10点15分才到。入住还行。我们被安排了一间通常为残疾人士预留的房间，这让我们觉得这可能是他们唯一的房间了。房间不是很干净。门把手上粘着一些黏糊糊的东西，一盏坏了的灯被塞在角落里，浴室的水槽排水很慢。整个酒店的地毯都很脏，需要更换。早餐不错，员工也很友好。除了房间里的水龙头或买瓶装水外，没有其他地方可以取水。我们住过的大多数酒店大堂里都有瓶装水补充站或某种形式的供水设施。这家没有。不过，我还是要给员工们点个大大的赞。我把iPad落在房间里了，直到回家的路上走了30英里才发现。工作人员发短信告诉我他们已经取回了。我们转身回去取。这家酒店需要大修。
酒店还不错。位置很好，步行即可到达几个地方。热水浴缸不能正常使用，这很令人失望。除此之外，一切都很好。我会再次入住这里。
