Went to relax in outdoor hot tub; NO heat just jets. Pool was not maintained; dirty and tiles gone or at bottom of pool. Bathroom by pool was disgusting and must have been left for days. Nasty.
Told front desk and the lady said she would do work order and get bathroom cleaned. Next morning it was still not done. Told front desk again, and they said "ohh yeah, that hot tub don't get hot" and said "it's been months"

The staff was friendly and professional. The lobby and room were clean. The decor is a bit dated but I didn't mind it. We didn't use the pool but other guests were swimming when we arrived.

The rooms definitely need some TLC. Two drawers on the chest wouldn’t stay shut. I tried taping them shut, but that didn’t work either. I was afraid I’d trip over them in the night. The shower/tub area looked old and stained. Stains on the headboard, as well. AC worked great. Breakfast was adequate except for the apple juice that needed water added to it to be able to drink it. Super strong! The two desk staffers were pleasant each time we came into the hotel.

The front desk staff was great professional, the hotel served its purpose it just needs quiet a bit of upkeep. I wanted to not blow my vacation budget on a hotel and this place saved me money considering other hotels in the area plus in was in a close area of where we normally hang out.

When I walked into the hotel, I could tell that it was outdated. All the chairs in the lounge/ breakfast area were very old and dirty!!!
The carpet throughout needs to cleaned or replaced. The bed was comfortable but again, everything was outdated.
Excellent staff though!!!!!!

我们去得克萨斯州纳科多奇斯参加孙女的舞蹈表演，时间很晚，所以我们直到晚上10点15分才到。入住还行。我们被安排了一间通常为残疾人士预留的房间，这让我们觉得这可能是他们唯一的房间了。房间不是很干净。门把手上粘着一些黏糊糊的东西，一盏坏了的灯被塞在角落里，浴室的水槽排水很慢。整个酒店的地毯都很脏，需要更换。早餐不错，员工也很友好。除了房间里的水龙头或买瓶装水外，没有其他地方可以取水。我们住过的大多数酒店大堂里都有瓶装水补充站或某种形式的供水设施。这家没有。不过，我还是要给员工们点个大大的赞。我把iPad落在房间里了，直到回家的路上走了30英里才发现。工作人员发短信告诉我他们已经取回了。我们转身回去取。这家酒店需要大修。
酒店还不错。位置很好，步行即可到达几个地方。热水浴缸不能正常使用，这很令人失望。除此之外，一切都很好。我会再次入住这里。
