You are greeted with a bell at the front desk, ring it and someone will then talk to you from a camera that is on the counter. Staff comes to the desk a couple minutes later. The placard for my room number wasn't on the wall, the marks on the wall made it clear it had fallen off at some point. The lampshades were damaged. The bed linens were all stained - the sheets, the pillowcases, the comforter - on both beds. The cover for the batteries on the tv remote was missing. Stained and cracked ceilings. The window to the outside was disgusting. I didn't even go into the bathroom but could see how rundown it was. The door to the outside (just down the hall) was open, didn't appear to close. The single car in the parking lot should have been my sign to not go in and cancel my reservation. The whole place felt dirty, unmaintained and unsafe.

It' a fare place to stay, but need to improve some things, pool is not available they should say that in the app. Also wiffi is not too good at least in the room i stayed, no extra bed blankets, for the 5th person, everything else is average

Won’t be staying again
Smelled, really dirty and unsanitary.
Sheets had yellow stains, mold on walls, shower didn’t get warm or hot, no breakfast, worn down.

I didn’t get what I paid for it was not like they advertised online tge pool was not available their was nope breakfast and I paid for a king suite 1 bedroom and two double beds but the door don’t work and I got to separate double beds rooms, there was not microwave in the room or elevator to get to the second floor had to carry everything up the stairs

The hotel was clean and staff were very nice. Only regret is the pool was not open. It will be interesting to see what the place looks like once renovations are complete. Will definitely stay here again.

My room was ok. I liked that I was able to get a room close to an exit and where I can park close. Quiet hotel which I really liked.

Disgusting
The bed was broke and dirty, the room was disgusting, no garbage cans, the towels look like 20 years old, the sheet were dirty, the floors had paint all over them. Worst place i ever stayed. If i didnt drive 12 hours i would have left.
