I never got a receipt for my room and was not given a WiFi code. Called the front desk and got no answer. The room was nice but the door wouldn’t close right and we could see outside from inside which made me feel a bit unsafe

2 sets of stairs to walk up in the dark trash outside the next room was still there when l checked out the tub/shower faucet wasn’t attached to the wall hole in The wall next to the tub All drawers too dirty to use . I had to buy bug spray and spray the room before we moved anything in Loose rail at full sized window. Leaking downspout at the door staff is polite The unit across from 523 looked to be better at least from the outside.

1.) Says non smoking but the place smelled like an ash tray. 2. Opened fridge to find a gallon of milk that expired in January. Its March. 3.) Bathroom was just nasty. 4. ROACHES EVERYWHERE. Thats when we left. No they did not refund me forcing us to finish our 11 hour trip with 4 small children.

Place was absolutely disgusting. The top floor toilet leaked into the bottom floor bathroom. The carpet was stained pretty bad, the Bannister was broken in parts, the toilet paper holder was broken off the wall, the noise from outside was so loud sleeping was impossible. Actually left before we planned due to all of this.
