I called the front desk and reported water dripping from the ceiling in the bathroom around 6am. There was a large puddle forming across the floor. I was told maintenance would stop by when they got in but I asked for another room to continue sleeping and be able to get ready to leave later in the morning. She replied “ I’ll try” after a long awkward silence I asked if she was still trying and was there a room for me. I was told to go to the front desk to pick up the key and then she hung up. I packed up my stuff, when to the front desk and was handed a key to another room. No sorry for the inconvenience, no thanks for letting us know, and no sense of customer service skills.

Just in town for a concert. This place was convenient and located next to a Walmart. The room itself was clean. The doors looks beat up a bit but everything else was good

Rooms was dirty smelled like mold had tissue in the peephole light hanging from bathroom ceiling paint peeling from wall toilet didn’t flush sink stopped up in bathroom had to call police to get my money back stains in hallway floors and in room elevator was very dirty the lock on door had nails loose worst hotel ever need to be remodeled or closed down the review on ******* said was good that was a lie google had different reviews which was bad

One room wasnt fully clean. Clothes left behind and key left behind. Pull out bed was broken. No bedding for the pullout bed. They moved us to a different room at 11 at night.

Other room was dirty. Had mini soaps that were USED. No bedding or pillows for pullout.

Lock on bathroom door didnt work.

Pool area is very run down.

Breakfast could have had morw vairety.

Sketchy area.

Elevator had ppl stuck in it for a while. Decided to only take stairs. Could hear the ppl above us!
