The best part about this hotel was its proximity to the ball park and Outback Steakhouse. Other than that, it did not meet expectations in cleanliness, accommodations, or service.

Property was okay. But ******* told me I had a double room booked, which I paid for. Then I get there and they don’t even have double rooms. Very disappointed!!!

Aweful.
Dirty. Beds and sheets were so stained could tell if they were clean or dirty. Had to be moved to a different room because the sink and bath tub leaked all over the floors.

A horrible weekend.
Service has declined greatly; this establishment is harming the Comfort Inn brand. Dirty dinghy linen, damp room, it was totally uncomfortable.

Room was good, I was given a handicap room. the roll in bathroom light didn't work. I informed the front desk. No one came to fix it. I took a table lamp & put it in the bathroom to shower. Flushed the toilet & the chain broke. I didn't bother to report it as the bathroom light was never fixed when reported.

i made only one booking via ******* and used the Change Date option. Instead of updating, the hotel treated it as two reservations and charged me twice (one as no-show). Very unfair and disappointing.

Was not happy with this stay
The room had a mildew smell to it. My wife and i had to go by some lysol to spray down everything to help with the smell. Had to wake up in the middle of the night to spray again, cause the smell came back. Inside the microwave had look like food was spilled in the crack of and was not cleaned. The ironing board cover was nasty and dirty, i couldn't use it like that. The tip on the iron was broken off. The spread on one of the beds had a few stains on it like it was dirty. Glad we was only there for one night, other then that, i would've ask to be moved to another room. I can't say all the rooms are like that, maybe i just had a bad room. But it was very uncomfortable. I have to come back to Shreveport in October, and need 6 rooms, but after that stay, I'll take my business elsewhere.
