酒店设施略显陈旧,但一切都干净整洁,设施齐全。特大床非常舒适。咖啡不错,但早餐品种有限。泳池干净。制冰机房配有洗衣机和烘干机。距离纳格斯黑德(Nags Head)一小时车程,价格比沿海地区便宜。
房间很脏,房间里和浴室里都有蟑螂,电视机也不停地进进出出,我把“请勿打扰”的牌子挂在门上,但他们还是进了房间,未经允许就擅自进入,竟然还换了毛巾,甚至没有清空垃圾桶或整理床铺,我再也不会住在这个垃圾桶里了,服务非常差
在当地来说,价格实惠。前台没人,只能等服务。我打了三次电话给前台,都没人接。华夫饼粉太稀了。欧陆式早餐只有麦片、松饼和吐司可选。还有牛奶、咖啡和橙汁。不过,就我所需的一晚来说,这个价钱还算划算。如果你想要比该地区价格高出两到三倍的住宿,还有其他地方可以提供更多选择。
房间很干净,只是浴室的油漆工作相当马虎。主要的缺点是欧陆式早餐非常简陋,选择不多——没有贝果、奶酪或酸奶。只有普通的白面包、果酱、几份麦片和牛奶。
我们的房间很脏,浴室里到处都是霉菌,盥洗台上方的灯也坏了,所以在水槽附近做什么都很困难。电视总是卡住,我们根本没法看。到处都是污渍,还有一股烟味。
价格实惠
办公室工作人员非常有礼貌,办理入住和退房都很有帮助。大堂干净整洁,温馨宜人。房间干净整洁,床很舒适,床上用品也更新了。浴室有水渍,需要翻新。
我给Xtra买了保险,万一出现上面列出的问题就能退款。不到一个小时,我就去服务台申请退款了。他们告诉我必须去*******退款?我要退款!!!!!!
