Must have exterminator in on a regular basis. I killed a roach looking bug in the bathroom. It happens, I don’t panic. Just didn’t like the thought of it.

What’s the purpose?
Beds were very comfy. Room was neat and clean. Staff was very helpful. We had booked 2 rooms and ********* put us on different floors. The desk clerk canceled that reservation and rebooked us so we were next door to one another.

原来，这是一家精选酒店。我打电话给酒店前台，想订一间靠近大堂的一楼房间，方便走路。结果他们给我安排的房间位置偏远，而且位置很偏，没有安全扶手，马桶离地面很低。我特意告诉前台，我是老人，需要一间靠近入口的房间，而且我孙女脚踝韧带撕裂了。更糟糕的是，酒店竟然加价20多美元。
电梯坏了
