Waited 15 minutes to check in, no one was at the desk. Front Desk ran my credit card for someone else's room. TV in room did not work, front desk tried to fix but they didn't understand the problem. I've been in many hotels and this is the worst experience I've ever had.

The staff was very congenial and helpful. However I have to say I was very disappointed. Came back from the activities for the day and the room was not cleaned. Every night this happened. I don’t think that I should be the person to ask them to do their job. Every day before we would go out there was someone cleaning other rooms. Consider what I paid for of two nights this should not happened. I do expect some type of consideration and I am not a member of the program. Hope to hear from you soon.

I primarily booked this hotel for the pool and hot tub, which we’re NOT in service. The room tub facet didn’t work properly and leaked constantly. The room didn’t appear vacuumed. The service wasn’t friendly and food was over priced. They were also stingy with room towels, was only

Check in took forever because i had paid through 3rd party. Room was clean and comfortable. However night 2 came in to no hot water. Called desk and she said none til next morning. She could offer free breakfast . Next day no hot water in the morning. It was on that afternoon when we got back from work. Pool was closed. Lots of remodeling. Asked for sales manager. Each time we were told not available. Ww were going to extend our stay but decided to go somewhere else. Also privacy blind does not go all the way down. You have to block the window for privacy.

When we arrived at 10PM, parking was an issue as a significant portion of the lot was being used for construction storage for work on an adjacent lot. The room we reserved a month ago was not available. Rate charged was more than advertised. But it was late and we were exhausted. Asked for extra towels and bedding (because we did not receive the room we reserved). Finally received them after midnight, requiring multiple calls and a trip to the front desk. Second night - same request and essentially same result. This time no one answered when we called and we decided to just go to the front desk and wait. People who worked there were perfectly friendly - just appeared understaffed and not overly motivated.

It was a nice hotel, the room was clean, my night was quiet. Due to nearby construction the parking was a little lacking. An i didn't realized when I booked that breakfast was not included.
