The staff was amazing and went out of their way to help us. We had a problem with our hot water. and although they did not get it fixed before we left we were able to get a small refund. Tonya the night front desk clerk went out of her way to assist us in this refund and also provided us with her personal fan. The lady who setup the breakfast bar did fantastic job. All the staff were awesome.

Entire hotel was immaculately clean, beds comfy, indoor pool was freezing, but hot tub was nice and hot. Breakfast was delicious, and I absolutely LOVED how pets get to stay free! It can be very difficult and expensive to travel with pets, or to have to leave them home and board. It felt so great to be able to include our dogs and spend time making memories with them as well without having to worry about excess fee. I don't have a single complaint and can't wait to visit again!

Hotel is decent. It is old. Needs updating. Bed wasn’t comfortable, pillows were horrible. Free breakfast are was small and crowded. We left without eating. Front desk was kind. I wouldn’t stay again with so many newer options in the area.

Overall the whole experience was good. We really enjoyed the small snack area that was not price gougingly expense and breakfast. We'll stay here again.

Breakfast was good. Staff in that area was not very friendly. Rest of staff exceptional. The Highway was very noisy all night. Not the hotels' fault but would love to have known that was an issue or placed in an open room on the opposite side of the building.
