Okay, don’t expect a Hilton and you won’t be disappointed. I was traveling with 1 other adult in our 40’s, a 2 month old, a 2 yr old, a 3 yr old, a 17 yr old and an 18 yr old. We had the king suite with 2 queen beds. There was plenty of room for us to have our space, and still be able to hangout (what little we were in the room). Could the rooms be update? Probably so, but it was by no means a deal breaker. No funny smells or bugs (like I read in other reviews). Breakfast both days was hot and good: sausage, eggs, biscuits, gravy, waffles, and cereal.
The beds had just been replaced, that was clear from the old mattresses being in the dumpster area, which I guess could be cleaned up, but again, not a deal breaker. Not their fault when the trash runs. 5 minutes to Dollywood, and other attractions as well as plenty of food options nearby, also a couple miles from a food city. Don’t hesitate, book the room, you won’t be disappointed!

The room was clean, there were a few cosmetic repairs that could have been better, the internet/wifi was lacking a bit( but to bad)

The rooms is clean but they need more cooking extension the staff is very nice the breakfast is ok.

Needs a refresh, new lower cabinets in the kitchen but left the old uppers, wallpaper was gross and peeling, ceiling was horrible. Toilet would not fill unless we removed the lid and pushed the float, reported this to the front desk on Monday and we checked out on Thursday and it was never fixed.

A Hidden Gem
The property is in a good location, close to everything. The unit was remodeled and very clean. It was nice to have a kitchen with a full size refrigerator. The only down side was the lack of basic kitchen utensils. There were no steak knives, uneven sets of plates, glasses, and silverware. I would stay at All Seasons Suites again.

如果能打0星，我一定会毫不犹豫地打。整个酒店又黑又臭。床单上有很大一块血迹，前台竟然拒绝派客房服务员来更换。更离谱的是，入住后还有一条需要签字的规定……总之，不推荐这家酒店，也绝不会再来了。真是糟糕透顶的体验。
对于一家三星级酒店来说，还凑合吧。特别是早餐，连二星级酒店的水平都达不到。
