We arrived by motorcycle in a heavy rain. We were soaked but the desk clerk was kind enough to give us an early check in. She was friendly, polite, and courteous.
Plenty of eating places within walking distance.

Our group came in on motorcycles and we arrived much earlier than expected. We had just driven in the rain for over an hour and the reception clerk was very kind and courteous and did her best to accommodate us. She made our cold miserable trip not only enjoyable, but it became a perfect trip.

We stayed here many years ago but it has since been renovated. Our rooms were clean and comfortable with plenty of hot water and nice bedding. The location is great for walking to shops and restaurants and it’s easy to get on the Parkway and go to Gatlinburg. The on site restaurant was delicious and there is a balcony area with a fireplace that we enjoyed to watch traffic on the *****. Will stay here again.

Deep cleaning for the win
Front desk worker was excellent, pool and hot tub great.. Beds not too condemnable and stains on carpet, other than that it was great

Room wasn’t bad. Very clean and when we had a small issue they were there to fix. Only complaint but out of their control, pool building three stories and no elevator.

Staff was friendly and the room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. Tv worked and everything was in good condition. The two bad things were the door would stick and was hard to open ( minor inconvenience) and the shower never got above room temperature. Other than that I would stay again. I only stayed one night so I just informed them about the shower when I checked out.
