First room was dirty sheets and had to be moved. Second room had dirty wash cloths in shower still. But the staff was friendly and accommodating.

We didn't have inflated expectations with the affordable price, however we were disgusted that the property is being so misrepresented. The entire property is neglected, stains all over the furniture & carpet. Tvs/fireplace were unplugged and there was a strong smell of mildew/mold present. After all this being said, you can imagine our dissatisfaction of being offered another room versus a refund.

Room was not very clean. The lady at the front desk had to come clean the jacuzzi and take things that was left in the room.. and the hallway light flicks . It’s so dark in here that you need that light, and there was hair in the shower

The back outside door needs to be adjusted. Every time someone walked in or out it would slam. My room was right next to it.

Carpets need to be cleaned and the entire facility is in desperate need of pest control, the spider webs all around the property are out of control.
The staff however are wonderful, very kind and attentive to the customer. Always with a smile and a pleasure to interact with

I was really surprised at the quality of La Quinta. The rooms were big and clean. The bed was comfortable. I could use another blanket.

The room amenities, towels and toilet paper seemed like it was not changed from the previous occupants and there was left over food from who ever stayed before us. So it was not cleaned. Spiders in the room. The staff was friendly and the food was decent.
